Cardinal Bar In Parma

I stop every now and then in the morning to have a cappuccino and some lady kisses, all delicious. This morning I witnessed a scene: A gentleman criticized a brioches saying that they were old or even "taken from the box" to indicate that they were not from a pastry shop. The lady at the bar, very kind, explained to him in a very calm way that they are taken from the pastry shop and that there are different types (so much so that on the counter there are various brioches of different dough). He was annoyed, the lady continued to explain to him and didn't even make him pay. I was VERY sad to see the lady like that, she was very upset... she wasn't even angry, just sad. I wanted to tell her, since she had doubts, that she was right to respond to the customer, she did it in a very polite way and it was right! I will definitely be back❤️

We had a plate for 2 of Parma Ham and cheese, some alcohol. Staff was friendly and service was good. Prices were reasonable.

A nice bar in one of the most beautiful places in Parma. The pastas are very good and kindness, as they say, is at home. The prices, absolutely reasonable, are another pleasant surprise. I would definitely recommend it, but there's no need to do so because it's always full.

Just 17 euro for a mix/ per 1 and a glass of Lambrusco frizzante. The lady is very nice.

Very nice bar in the center of Parma. Very light and tasty chocolate brioches.
