Cappa Cafe In Verona

12/05/2026: A truly excellent dinner in the heart of Verona. The restaurant is quaint, welcoming, and has the lovely atmosphere of a traditional Veronese osteria. Even though we arrived at 9:45 PM, after calling ahead, the service was prompt and attentive. Excellent table management and friendly staff throughout the evening. The food was absolutely worth it: the pastissada de caval with polenta was flavorful, tender, and impeccably prepared, one of the best traditional dishes I've tasted in Verona. The pumpkin ravioli with melted butter were also delicious, delicate and well-balanced in flavor. Dinner was accompanied by water and a quarter of wine, perfect for completing the experience. Excellent value, especially considering the central location and the quality of the dishes. A restaurant where you can eat truly well and definitely worth a visit.

07/05/2026: Family lunch (with our 2 young girls, 4yr old and 1yr old). Welcome from the tenant, despite she didnt speak english, it was pleasant exchange. The waiter was taking care and kind with the youngs. It is typical food and value for money. I m pissed with all outrageous comments I read about the place, they do not deserve a 1star... haters.. It s a 4star rated, for food & service, and atmosphere is really typical old-style from Verona. Worth the venue.
