A great place for lunch. Beautiful views of the castle. The dishes are delicious and the wait isn't long. We had the horse meat and spaghetti. The service was very friendly and helpful.

The food was ok, the aperol spritz too watery to our taste and the service very chaotic. When we wanted to pay, no one seemed interrested. Even when I arrived at the till, the server there needed to finish his message on his phone before attending me. No personal touch, like robots. Even when I was looking for the bathroom no one seemed to be interested to help me.

What can I say? I went yesterday for aperitivo. Aside from the fact that it's gorgeous both inside and out, what about the prices? Super friendly and reasonable. A Hugo and Aperol Spritz for 5 euros. Super service! A huge selection of both food and drinks!

08/02/2026: Very extensive menu, I personally appreciate the octopus sandwich, less so the spit-roasted cockerel, courteous service, often noisy environment.
05/02/2026: Excessively large, very noisy, and very cramped, with limited table space. The staff isn't bad. They could improve, especially in terms of capacity, and also remove it for safety reasons.

05/11/2025: The staff were kind, everything was positive, the rooms were clean, the dinner was very good.
01/10/2025: We were on vacation in Malcesine at the end of September 2025, but not at this hotel. We lost our bag containing our debit card and cell phone near the hotel. Hotel guests left it at the reception. Guests and the hotel reception staff initially tried to contact us by phone and email. This allowed us to quickly and easily retrieve our valuables. Thank you very much 😀
