The waitress didn't speak English and must have been new, as she didn't even know the dishes on the menu. No one from the rest of the staff was there to help her, so you can't blame her. The pasta was delicious (the Carbonara with truffles is some kind of local ambrosia), but I ordered a steak, and that's where the problem arose. Firstly, it wasn't clearly described on the menu (we got it in Italian), and the waitress didn't even ask about the doneness. As a result, I got a very rare steak... so much so that I didn't even try it...
Finally, this restaurant has a tradition of giving you a set menu—a tower of sweets... We were the only ones who didn't get it... It's a shame, because it's sad when they get it next door...

The food was good overall, but the service was disappointing. Some delays are understandable, but there were two of us, and the cuts of meat were served at different times, which I find unacceptable. Furthermore, the mashed potatoes, which arrived only after we'd already finished everything else, tasted like freeze-dried potatoes.

We were on a quiet and very pleasant terrace, away from the crowded tourist streets. The dishes were of very good quality, and I recommend it.

Dire che tutto è al TOP sarebbe riduttivo. Gentilissimi e professionali sia i proprietari che le cameriere.
Accuratezza nella pulizia.
Locale con rifiniture e dettagli da dieci e lode.
Cibo ottimo e porzioni abbondanti.
Da non perdere il mega antipasto tipico toscano.
Ottima carne, ottima scelta di vini e dolci super buoni.
