Small and cozy place, friendly owner, good quality local cuisine. I often go there with friends or alone and have always enjoyed it. I recommend "Lo sfizio di Camilla," a generous appetizer to share.

An ideal place for an outdoor lunch overlooking the square. Today, despite the restaurant being full, they quickly served us an excellent Camilla's chitarra and veal strips. The focaccias served in a bread basket and the tiramisu were also good! Highly recommended.

Six of us had lunch at this restaurant and tried the cac e ovo (egg and cheese balls), which were truly delicious. Then there were the first courses: burrata and pesto, spelt, ricotta, and walnut ravioli, and chitarra Abbruzzese. Each one was better than the last, well-seasoned, flavorful, and made with quality ingredients! We truly appreciated it and enjoyed it!
However, when ordering, they didn't let us order more than three first courses.
The bathroom location is a bit unfortunate: either you find one free, or you're practically stuck in the middle of the kitchen, surrounded by the bustle of waiters.

At Camilla's Bistro, the difference is made by Lorenza, the owner. Her kindness and passion make everything. Plus, the food is delicious.
Her signature dish is excellent: spaghetti alla chitarra with zucchini, saffron, and guanciale.
There are no vegetarian/vegan dishes on the menu (except for a vegan cake), but she's always available; in fact, she made me some delicious spaghetti with mushrooms and truffle.
You can have breakfast, lunch, aperitifs, and dinner here.
Highly recommended!

For a quick stop, it was a pleasant surprise. The food was excellent, a great option for vegans who appreciate the quality of the products on offer. I highly recommend the scamorza in carrozza, paired with a good wine. The chips were also very enjoyable.
