The first thing that strikes you is the place and the decor, the courtesy of the staff and the relaxed atmosphere.

Just one coffee from a wide selection. Beautiful, historic place. I'm still curious to try it. A bonus for the olive oil menu.

Delicious pastries, good coffee, a room reserved for our group, and finally a short lecture on coffee and the establishment by the owner of this centrally located establishment for 12 years. Fun fact: there's also a bookshop with a large display in the central corridor.

Coffee... in its natural state! It's old-fashioned, just the way it should be. It's comforting, just the right amount. It's cozy and warm!

A lovely experience. We only had coffee and cake but really enjoyed sitting in this beautiful cafe. There is a small bookshop inside where we purchased a children's picture book for our grandson.

While you are in Trieste for any reason, if have the time, this is the only cafe you need to visit. And it will top all your combined cafe experience of your life. The first thing that will catch you is the essence of this coffee and newspaper culture that probably got lost among the charm of exotic food and fast tourism. No this is where you will experience the true idea of a caffe. Anyway, we went here back to back every day we were in Trieste. We tried many cookies, cakes drinks, versions of coffees, even some special liquor which was amazing. I highly recommended the coffees, biscuits. I also want to mention, it’s better to call and book a table. The place is getting overwhelmed with people and it’s getting harder to find a spot. Enjoy
