During a business trip, I had the opportunity to dine at Ca Marian. From the frico with polenta to the chicken tagliata, every dish was prepared with care and quality ingredients. Friendly service and ample parking are available. Reservations are recommended, although the staff always try to arrange seating.

A very special place in a great location, surrounded by a huge garden. A historic building housing comfortable rooms. Tasty breakfast, professional and friendly staff. Unfortunately, due to late arrival (11pm) We did not manage to taste the restaurant menu, which was disappointing. General opinion is very positive also thanks to a very attractive price of the accommodation. The Osteria is also pet friendly.

Cena in coppia il venerdì sera. Abbiamo mangiato bene ma il servizio al tavolo è da rivedere, cameriere con alito di fumo di sigaretta e dai modi non adatti ad un locale del genere e coi prezzi praticati. Brutto ma è realtà.

In this case, they bring life and color to a normal city transit area, making it attractive and welcoming. The team chosen, morning and afternoon, is spot on: professional, friendly, and elegant. They have the right sense of humor that never veers into invasiveness. The food is excellent. Highly recommended.

29/09/2025: Food like a dream come true. I've been coming to Lignano for seven years and always visit La Rueda Gaucha. The food is excellent. I always order the carpaccio, balsamic steak, and the pistaccio mousse for dessert. Fantastic service; I feel very comfortable here. Please make a reservation in advance, as it's very busy every evening. Thank you for the fantastic food, and I hope to return for many more years.
