A trattoria run by young, highly competent, kind, and cheerful people, attentive to the customer's needs, even those they don't express. When I go with my dachshunds, they bring their water bowl first, and then the rest. Hats off!!!
Some call the place "dated," but that's precisely its strength. It allows you to immerse yourself in Roman dining from a few decades ago, especially with the menu featuring all the traditional first courses, all expertly prepared.
The meats are excellent, cut and cooked to the customer's specifications.
The desserts are very good, most of which are homemade.
The price is very fair.
What can I say? We'll gladly return.

I love this restaurant because you can choose the meat, quantity and the point of cuisson. The side dishes are delicious, I had mixed salad and baked onion with grilled fillet. I also tried the tiramissu which was delicious! Very creamy. The service is very good.

Il loro primo biglietto da visita è l’accoglienza dei giovani camerieri, sorridenti e gentili.
Ottima la carbonara e buonissimi anche i loro carciofi fritti, preparati con la pastella ma non a pezzettini come si trovano di solito, bensì in quarti per tutta la loro lunghezza.
Banco di Macelleria, dove poter scegliere autonomamente il tipo e la quantità di carne da far cuocere. Comunque ci sono anche scelte più classiche.

Di ritorno, purtroppo solo come spettatori, dalla maratona cercando sulla via del ritorno un posticino dove mangiare, incappiamo in questo locale. Da fuori discreto e non appariscente, all’interno semplice ma accogliente, direi essenziale. Molto cordiale l’accoglienza e la spiegazione di “come funziona”.
Per la carne sia sceglie dal banco frigo ciò che si vuole e al tavolo il resto. Qualità molto alta, un’unico appunto sulla cottura della carne che forse una fiamma più tranquilla avrebbe cotto più uniformemente.
Da consigliare e direi uno di quei posti dove ritornare.
