This is the best seafood restaurant. There is nothing on the menu that is wasted, and although the prices are a bit high, the quality of the food is perfectly good in proportion to the price. The staff are also very pleasant and friendly. I think this is a restaurant you must visit when you come here.

At Bue Marino I ate the best food in the Puglia area. During our stay we always returned with love to eat here. Chef Antonio is a 5 star chef. We were warmly welcomed even by the owner Rafael who helped us and explained all the dishes specific to the area. Clean, impeccable service. I recommend this restaurant with confidence.

Nice and refined place located in the historic center with locations also outside. Very kind and welcoming staff. Very high quality with more or less average prices. Highly recommended restaurant and we will definitely return

I discovered this place through a dear friend of mine and I come back with great pleasure, either for the kindness of the staff or for the excellent food. Between raw seafood and good starter choices, my advice is cod and blue spaghetti. Advised.

Siamo andati al Bue Marino nella zona secondo me più carina di Bisceglie vicino al castello. Occhio alla ZTL! abbiamo preso 3 primi come i paccheri e un maltagliato Tutto molto buono ma le porzioni soprattutto dei paccherri e il prezzo ( 2 porzioni 40 euro) secondo noi un po troppo. Secondo come frittura di mollame 20 € e di gamberi e calamari( 15). Comunque per i prezzi allego menu. Personale gentile e veloce. Giovanile ed educato. Abbiamo speso 140 euro con un vino bianco " l erbaceo di gravina a 21. Coperto 2.50. A parte il costoso pacchero ,ci ritornei. Accettano cani piccola taglia.

Trovato grazie alle recensioni positive su Tripadvisor scegliamo di prenotare in questo posto. Le aspettative sono state confermate. Location raffinata e pulita. Personale gentile e preparato. Abbiamo atteso un po’ i primi forse perché di domenica c’è un po’ di gente . Possibilità di menu turistico a 45€ ma abbiamo scelto a là carte perché le proposte del menu turistico non ci convincevano. Particolari gli spaghetti blu

28/08/2024: Simply fantastic experience! It's not the first time in this restaurant and I must say that every time it has been a pleasant confirmation. Very knowledgeable, courteous and helpful staff, in addition to the owner and the all-round manager/chef, always ready to satisfy customer requests! Hot and cold seafood and land appetizers typical of our area. Puglia which you can see from the photos, speak for themselves! Hot bruschetta! Made at the moment! Raw seafood, very clean and the right portions. For the rest, generous portions and high quality. The only flaw is no frying, but I think that's the strong point: there's no point covering the flavor of fresh fish with frying! Grilled fish, octopus, cuttlefish and prawns are 100 thousand times better! The meat alternative is also excellent! Really good fresh shellfish pasta! A nice portion of fruit and all at the right price without exaggerating! Excellent value for money. From appetizer to dessert! Very hot and crunchy dirty muss! Only problem: reservations a little too long, everything is always booked! We waited 3 months but it was worth it! And we have already rebooked!!! Equipped with various rooms with air conditioning, it's great! Highly recommended! Congratulations to all the staff
26/08/2024: I recommend it to taste the flavors of our region. A wide offering of both land and sea starters and, above all, of excellent quality. The menu lacks nothing and the price is truly compliant. Absolutely worth a try if you can book a table.

17/11/2024: We found it by chance, but it was a pleasant discovery. Very good quality food and generous portions. The bill is more than honest but the thing that struck us most of all was the helpfulness, kindness and hospitality of the waiters in particular. of the blonde lady with glasses whose name we don't know but who made us feel at home (with 2 small children it's a big feat)...what can we say if we were to return to the area we will definitely stop again.
15/11/2024: Un ottimo menu,una riconferma di qualità. che dire di più ci torniamo per la qualità dei piatti,l accoglienza ed il calore di tutti. Non dispiace, infine,il rapporto qualità prezzo.
