Not to mention the food! Outstanding! Authentic flavors with a touch of modernity and the chef's passion! High-end in taste and appearance! What more can I say? Beautiful location, opposite the castle in the old town!! Definitely worth trying again and again!! Excellent

Excellent food, few dishes but perfectly executed, divine fried fish, dry and crunchy at the same time, delicious desserts, very balanced and not at all too sweet which sometimes makes you sick, I would go back.

We had a delicious meal; there were five of us, and everyone loved it. The oysters were also very fresh and delicious.
There was an English menu available, and the staff spoke English and French.
Everyone was very friendly.
We started with prosecco, which was also delicious.
We will definitely go back.

Every summer we switch to the Bue Marino restaurant, where the quality of the ingredients is excellent. The tuna with pistachio sauce is a real treat. I hope to see you again soon!

A pleasant and quiet atmosphere, well-located in a beautiful historic center. The staff is friendly and helpful, though I'd say a bit too professional in what could easily be considered a more family-friendly setting. The seafood pasta and the stewed baby octopus are very good, although the portions are quite small. The wine list is a bit higher than average for the price. Overall, a good restaurant that could be even better with a few small tweaks.

Siamo stati qui il 1 luglio, personale molto gentile, ambiente pulitissimo. Per quanto riguarda il cibo,gli antipasti sono stati un poco deludenti : l' insalata di mare era abbastanza sciapita e il polpo dell' antipasto bue Marino era troppo carico di salsa agrodolce tanto che quasi disturbava ma si sono rifatti con il primo. Abbiamo preso due scialatielli con il pescato del giorno: superlativi. Bravissimi,ci torneremo!

Pranzo speciale con famiglia, location curata, piatti deliziosi, presentati e spiegati in modo elegante, ampia scelta di vini, servizio eccellente e cordiale, rapporto qualità/prezzo in linea con le aspettative. Piacevole scoperta, voglio tornarci per ampliare la conoscenza del menù.
