An excellent culinary experience. The quality of the food is truly excellent, each dish prepared with fresh, top-quality ingredients. The service is impeccable, the owner more than courteous, always attentive and available. The presentation of the dishes is top notch, with attention to the smallest details, almost a work of art. A perfect place for those looking for taste and quality. Absolutely recommended!

Materie prime di alta qualità, originalità dei piatti, cura per i dettagli, gentilezza e professionalità fanno di questo piccolo ristorante una vera chicca da non perdere... Ci sono stata 2 volte ed in entrambi i caso ne sono uscita molto soddisfatta! L'estrema cortesia del proprietari è la ciliegina sulla torta... Provatelo assolutamente!♡

Cena con fidanzato dalla Liguria e amico cuneese.. sono rimasta senza parole .. dall accoglienza al servizio in sala di Arianna di una gentilezza e professionalità ricercata … L ambiente , la cura dei dettagli , la ricercatezza dei particolari frutto di uno studio incredibile … e poi i piatti realizzato dallo chef Luca frutto di una sapienza pazzesca , una filosofia unica e geniale , tra tradizione e innovazione … è stata un’ esperienza, non solo una cena … un ‘ esperienza, un viaggio sensoriale che non vedo L’ ora di ripetere .. a presto e grazie di 🩷.. con affetto .. If I could I would give 7 stars! Wonderful experience, from the reservation (with attention to any intolerances) to the digestive. Kindness, professionalism, attention to detail, impeccable service, with detailed explanations of the dishes. Excellent dishes served with the right speed to enjoy them at their best, excellent quality raw materials, everything homemade, from the bread to the digestive. Right portions A dive into a small ancient world with reinterpretations that do not distort the original taste We took everything from starters to desserts and spent less than €60 each! Elegant but romantic, lively place. TOP, HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!! We will be back for sure!

Excellent dinner! On the recommendation of a friend, my partner and I went for dinner. Clear menu with revisited traditional dishes. You can feel the passion they have for cooking, attention to detail and also the excellent service! We will definitely be back!

02/02/2025: Tuvimos un delicioso almuerzo lleno en Miralanghe, escuchamos todo este ruido de la plaza, así que nos asomamos para ver si podíamos almorzar. Todas las mesas estaban llenas de familias italianas pasándolo en grande. Anna Lisa, la anfitriona / camarera, creó una mesa para mi marido y yo y era tan amable, dulce y eficiente. Tomamos el mejor tajarin con trufas blancas hecho por su marido, Maurizio, y comimos este plato en todo el Piamonte durante semanas. AnnaLisa y Maurizio son genuinamente los restauranteros más dulces que hemos conocido - - éramos extraños, pero nos fuimos con una botella de vino y mermeladas caseras! Cerraron durante varios días después de unas largas vacaciones ocupadas, así que no pudimos comer allí de nuevo. Dejamos unos bombones para despedirnos, y nos dieron otra botella de vino y un libro, Osterie della tradizione que tiene un artículo sobre su restaurante! AnnaLisa y Maurizo son el epítome de lo que es Italia - - - - buena gente, honesta, trabajadora y amable. ¡Por eso amamos el Piamonte y a sus habitantes y volvemos una y otra vez!

11/03/2025: After a tasting of rare cheeses from maitre fromager Ivano Maero, the event closed with an excellent apple and cinnamon crumble cake. The owner Gianfranco always at the top. It's worth the trip.
22/12/2024: Very nice place, friendly staff, excellent food, excellent raw materials. The owner is a very friendly person who knows how to put you at ease, it was the first time, but we were treated as if we were regular customers. Highly recommended, we plan to return soon.
