A pleasant surprise in the historic center of Cuneo. Beautiful venue, friendly and helpful staff, and good value. Many meat dishes, from breaded steak to tagliata, to fried brains. The pasta dishes are also good. Nice wine list. I don't recommend the zabaglione, which is too runny and too Marsala.

I went for lunch today. The place is beautiful and welcoming, with a retro, elegant style that creates a very relaxing and pleasant atmosphere. The menu is extensive, as is the wine list. The tartare, prepared with two different sauces, is excellent. The fried liver is delicious: the flavor is delicate, the texture soft, an excellent and light dish, as is the vegetable tempura: flavorful and very light. The staff is kind, attentive, very professional, and helpful. Needless to say, I had a great time, also because I felt welcomed and pampered. I'll be back.

A restaurant in the center of Cuneo with a very welcoming atmosphere, professional and courteous service, and excellent quality dishes, both in terms of the use of raw materials and the execution.
We ate various cuts of hand-chopped raw meat and a bone-in fillet seasoned with a Worcestershire-style sauce that was simply fabulous. A restaurant that showcases the finest Piedmontese meat. Prices are in line with the quality offered. Highly recommended.

Excellent location, spacious, and quiet at the tables, in the historic center of Cuneo.
Friendly staff, meticulous preparation of dishes, and careful cooking of all types of meat and vegetables.
Excellent desserts, too!
For meat lovers, this is a great place in Cuneo!
