13/04/2025: We had lunch with friends to celebrate a birthday and it was the first time we went to this restaurant which is a pearl perched in a quiet village. Impeccable service, we took the local tasting menu, the price and quality are really interesting. Excellent food and beautiful location

12/04/2025: A sensorial journey in the heart of Piedmont – Le Torri Restaurant A real discovery in the heart of the Piedmontese hills. The Le Torri restaurant is a pearl of refinement and taste that deserves to be celebrated. From the entrée to the dessert, each course is a small work of art. The crispy fried anchovy appetizer, served with drops of aromatic oil, opens the meal with a perfectly balanced note between simplicity and flavour. The second tasting, a Russian salad revisited with confit tomato, surprises for its delicacy and harmony. Then comes the tartare: very tender meat, embellished with crunchy hazelnuts, fragrant mayonnaise and a crunchy wafer that adds texture and beauty to the dish. And finally, a vitello tonnato which is pure poetry: pink and tender meat, velvety and well-measured tuna sauce, with the refined touch of a giant caper. Sweets to fly 😍 The service is impeccable: discreet, attentive and very professional. The location is elegant but welcoming, with an enchanting view if you are lucky enough to sit near the windows. A culinary experience that goes beyond simple "eating out". Le Torri is not just a restaurant, it is a journey through the authentic flavors of Piedmont, reinterpreted with skill and passion.
