We were in Alba for four nights and my husband and I went to Bove’s for two of those nights. Over two nights we tried a lot of different items on the menu, and each dish was amazing. Dishes are very meat focused, and I don’t normally eat a lot of meat, but enjoyed it here. The menu is also a little different from the typical menu in Piedmonte. The service was great and they didn’t try to rush us and we were really able to enjoy our meal. Highly recommend this restaurant.

We were looking for a place to eat typical Piedmontese food in Alba, and this place was recommended to us by the girl we checked in with.
We were really happy we took her word for it and tried this restaurant. It was truly delicious, and especially the staff was incredibly kind.
The location is also very beautiful; it feels like being in a boutique, so beautiful and well-kept.
Excellent menu choices and a wide selection on the wine list.
Unfortunately, we were too full to try the entire menu. It will be an excuse to return.
