Locale tranquillo e gestito da una crew giovane. Servizio cortese ma un po' lungo considerando che il locale era praticamente vuoto, c'erano solo un paio di tavoli occupati. L'antipasto piemontese non è quello classico ma è rivisitato con un tocco di modernità. Comunque molto buono. Gli agnolotti del plin un po' al dente e con un formato fuori misura, nel senso che erano dei ravioloni più che agnolotti del plin. Il salmerino un po' sapido per i miei gusti ma comunque mi è piaciuto. Le porzioni sono decisamente piccole per le nostre aspettative. Il cibo è di buona qualità, ben cucinato e ben impiattato. I prezzi sono mediamente alti.

A really nice restaurant in a quiet and beautiful location. The cuisine is more unusual and reinterprets classic dishes. The service is extremely friendly. So far so good. However, there is a problem in the implementation. The waiting time was extreme for a few other guests (around 45 minutes until the starter), the starter itself was partly good, partly below average. Then there was quite a wait again until the main course. Overall it was good, unfortunately with some drawbacks. The wine pairing was perfect. A little professionalization would be good here, otherwise it wouldn't be the first restaurant to fail because of its own standards.

Op zoek naar een adresje kwamen we heel onverwacht hier terecht. Om eerlijk te zijn de tafeltjes stonden in de schaduw, de parasols stonden open, tafels waren mooi gedekt. We gingen overstag. De gerechten waren heerlijk.

A fabulous experience, the food was better than I expected, I ate even the skin of the fish. The divine butter, the spectacular contour, you can see there is a good chef and the owner serves directly together with the girl who is wonderful.
