I had dinner at this restaurant for my birthday.
I had already been to this restaurant in the past, very refined.
The dishes, from the Bolognese tradition, are revisited in a modern way.
I had the risotto Acquerello and the beef fillet with grilled mushrooms.
Both were exquisitely good!
For dessert, a caramel semifreddo, which was pleasant because it was not too "sweet".
The bill is perfectly proportionate to the food, the environment and the staff, very prepared and very kind without being cloying.
My advice?
If you have guests and want to take them to dinner in a nice restaurant, with traditional Bolognese dishes in a quiet environment, come here.
You will certainly make a good impression.

I have been to this restaurant recently.
I must admit that it is an experience in every aspect.
Friendly, helpful and impeccable staff.
Excellent quality raw materials assembled with precision.
Upon arrival we were served an entree of savory leek pie and house breadsticks.
After them we ordered two appetizers:
the meat tartare and the pumpkin and truffle tart, both perfect, a mix of flavors in the mouth truly breathtaking.
After that we ordered two first courses:
mezze maniche with duck and macaroni with venison, both exquisite.
We were also brought a pre-dessert: a delicious baba.
After that the desserts:
the vanilla and dark chocolate millefeuille: fabulous
pear cheesecake on cocoa earth: perfect, an original idea and full of flavor.
Overall a restaurant recommended from all points of view.

Avevamo aspettative alte, che sono state un po’ deluse.
Da mangiare ci è stato servito un entree dello chef con un finto pomodoro e un cocktail.
Due primi, tra cui i Fusilloni rigati con crema di porro, guanciale di Sauris e polvere di funghi porcini
Come secondi:
- Petto di faraona ripieno della sua farcia, cotto a bassa temperatura, piastrato, il suo fondo e petali di cipolla cotta al forno
- Coniglio arrotolato con lardo di montagna, battuta di prugne secche e salsa alle nocciole
Infine, pre-dessert offerto dall casa e poi dessert: Tiramisù della Bottega al caffè Lelli di Bologna
Una bottiglia di rosso.

Demis è sempre più una garanzia. Sempre alla ricerca di prodotti unici per qualità, sapore ed originalità. La sapienza culinaria ormai è di altissimo livello. La continua ricerca di accostamenti dei sapori da risultati sempre egregi con equilibri perfetti.
Oggi ho mangiato una evoluzione della parmigiana, fantastica! Una calamarata con un ragù di pecora ed emulsione di basilico e menta e delle costine cbt davvero super. Gli altri 3 commensali hanno scelto il pesce ed anche quello senza alcuna sbavatura. I dolci... Chiusura speciale. Il servizio sempre puntuale, professionale e cortese l'ambiente intimo ed accogliere. La nostra solita coccola domenicale. Grazie Demis, Simona e tutto lo staff!
