Pranzo di coppia in questo ristorante molto molto carino, nuovo, elegante, con un bel giardino esterno. Un primo di spaghetti alla carbonara ed una frittura di calamari e gamberi. Che dire, molto saporito, i piatti esteticamente belli e cibo di ottima qualità! Come antipasto baccala e chips di patate buonissimi! Torneremo e consiglieremo il posto soprattutto per l’accoglienza ed un servizio di tutto rispetto!

Posto molto carino e personale molto accogliente e simpatico, però questo non basta. Tutte le pietanze ordinate erano "piatte", niente di che insomma. Alcuni prezzi li ho ritenuti troppo alti come il coperto a 4 euro, e alcuni prezzi battuti nello scontrino non corrispondevano a quanto indicato sul menu.

Ristorante Uldergo

25/06/2025: Many restaurants open and sooner or later raise the white flag because due to inexperience, presumption or the desire to make easy money they are unable to guess their winning formula. Uldergo, on the other hand, in Pesaro is a true "historical" institution, a friendly, serious, honest and competent person in his profession who has made fish-based catering a top-level culinary art... in the many times I have eaten at the restaurant and in the countless take-away dishes I have ordered he has never disappointed me... absolutely positive quality/price ratio from every point of view... Top-notch wine list... what can I say... a tourist or visitor to the city cannot leave Pesaro if he hasn't experienced what it means to eat quality fish at Uldergo!!
