I think Blu Water is the best restaurant in Sorrento! Whether it's traditional Italian food or even seafood. They put such flavors on your plate that your tongue will tingle! The carbonara is far better than in Rome, and the seafood pasta beats the Sicilian ones! The pizza here is a real experience! The toppings are pleasantly seasoned, the pasta is not floury, it's just the right thickness, light, and the edges are crispy and not burnt. The risotto is a creamy dream. Unbelievable. The waiters add to these taste experiences. They always pay attention to the guest and are willing, they should teach the profession! Nino is the best of the best waiters, a gentleman, attentive, kind, with a good memory. But I take my hat off to everyone who works there! We have been going to Sorrento regularly for five years, our first encounter with the restaurant was a coincidence, but it was so good that we stuck with it. When it was closed, we tried somewhere else, but we couldn't find anything better. We will definitely stay at Blu Water!!! Thank you for the many divine foods and drinks. I can only recommend it!

Came across Blu Water on our first evening. We has a super meal, carbonara and sardines. I decided to try the sponge with lemon custard because of a previous review and was not disappointed. Hurry! They have 5 days before the end of the season. Have a good break Anthony (our waiter).

Hearty dishes, excellent service!

We have had a fabulous visit to Sorrento and this restaurant was the very best. We have enjoyed several meals - lunch and dinner. The pasta is incredible and the staff a delight, nothing is too much trouble. We have eaten pizza, pasta, fish and sampled a couple of desserts - all have been delicious, service also extremely quick and yet never once have we felt rushed. We have also noticed how many people return after previous trips. We will come back next time visiting Sorrento. Thank you.
