Nice spot for lunch while people watching Quick pizza and beer lunch after sightseeing We enjoyed the freshly made food as well as friendly and helpful service Good view out to street and soaking up the vibe from other dinners in a great ambiance There was a good choice available for food and drinks

Gran sopa de tomate y deliciosas albóndigas y risotto de hongos. Un gran lugar para comer algo después de un día explorando Roma. Ligeramente fuera del centro, así que no demasiado turístico. Cómodos asientos con una buena lista de reproducción de música y buen vino.

12/10/2025: We celebrated a friend’s birthday at Borgo Antico. The food was absolutely delicious and beautifully prepared. Unfortunately, what took away from the experience was the service. The staff seemed to lack basic etiquette and customer engagement. For example, when we asked if they had any pizzas with ham, the response was simply, “whatever is available on the menu.” A little more courtesy and willingness to guide customers, especially first-timers, would make a big difference. Great food, but the team could really benefit from some customer service training.
21/09/2025: Menu looked appetizing online,many items to choose from,but unfortunately menu in restaurant was vastly slimmed down,was told they just have not updated website,also must have been severely understaffed as we waited almost an hour for appetizers,then waiter dropped off desert menus, after he didn't return for a half-hour we asked for the bill,just let people know what their in for when we get there,food was enjoyable.

25/01/2026: Finally, thank God, real osterias still exist, those where the owner does everything himself, and to the best of his ability, without making anyone wait. The place could perhaps use a little updating, but Massimo, the owner and chef, offers a few dishes, but they're well-structured and perfectly cooked. His friendliness and helpfulness are unique. I was truly touched when, at the end of the meal, he offered us mandarins from his garden—a truly kind gesture, whereas in restaurants, everything is written down to the last detail on the receipt. By the way, the prices are fabulous; everything is truly excellent. Well done, Massimo!
25/01/2026: I went today for the first time. Massimo is an authentic host, perhaps the only one left in Frascati.
