Like the tide, Bistrot del Mare starts calm, then swells with life. The sea is on your plate (5⭐️), kindness at your table (5⭐️), and the room finds its pulse only after night fully falls… a recommendation is to dine here around 9-9:30 or later.

This trip to Italy was the best Italian meal I had! It was amazing!

Very good, high-quality food, abundant and fresh raw seafood (€35 per person) Professional and friendly staff I'm not crazy about the aesthetics of the place, but it's not ugly (I hate the white lights and chair covers). Very central location High prices (€90 per person for raw seafood, a fried dish for two, and a first course with water) It's a shame about the table number and the loud noise next to it, we barely managed to talk. I recommend it for a high-end seafood dinner.

What can I say, as soon as you enter, you are welcomed by an elegant but welcoming atmosphere, where the scent of the sea blends with the kindness of the staff. The service is impeccable: discreet, attentive and always ready to expertly recommend the best combination of dishes and wines. Exceptional raw seafood and the first courses as well as the second courses are prepared in an innovative way with particular attention to plating as well as making you experience a real sensory journey. Don't miss the desserts, surprising and delicate, which end the dinner with sweetness without weighing you down. A restaurant that manages to transform a lunch or dinner into a special moment. I will definitely return on my next trips, and I recommend it to anyone who wants to experience the sea... with their palate.
