Don't be put off by the multi language menus or heavy advertising, this is a gem of a restaurant with excellent food and great service. Not cheap but great value

The best part: complex and typical local dishes. The waiters explain each course in detail. High-quality cuisine. The wine list is extensive. The worst part: if someone in your family is a picky eater, this isn't the place for you. Reservations are recommended.

Great place a little off the beaten path. Exceptional service , food and a wine list with many outstanding back vintages. We got this recommendation from a local Venetian born and raised in Venice.

Fantastisk mat. Vi fikk servert en suppe til forrett, itillegg til brød og olje (som var på huset). Bestilte en rett hver - Raviolli og calamari - anbefales! Nydelig mat!

30/11/2025: The best dishes of our stay, very tasty dishes, wine by the glass, excellent tiramisu and panna cotta, an address to remember.
29/11/2025: Good food, nice restaurant. We visited in late November and it was still fairly busy, reasonable value for money. The octopus main course was very good however we were a bit disappointed with the spaghetti and meat sauce due to the pasta being undercooked (as in it was still straight!) That said, it was only a couple of bits and overall the meal was nice. Good central location and close to some good bars for coffee or a beer afterwards. Tiramisu was great.

10/12/2025: I asked the front desk at my hotel for recommendations, and they recommended this place, so I headed straight there! Venice is all about squid ink ❤️ I ordered squid ink pasta and lasagna. I wasn't thirsty, so I didn't order anything else, but the service was great, even if it was just a little nauseous. I'd heard that balsamic vinegar goes well with crusty bread, so I tried some of the balsamic vinegar that was on the table, and it was delicious. Actually, this restaurant has olive oil, balsamic vinegar, and white wine vinegar on the table, which is a nice touch. The squid ink pasta had thin noodles. It was rich, creamy, and had a very refined flavor, and it was absolutely delicious. Unlike squid ink in Japan, it doesn't turn your teeth black. ^_^ The lasagna also uses herbs that are unfamiliar to Japanese people, but it was a perfect match with the tomatoes and meat! I'll definitely visit again!
09/12/2025: The fish appetizer was a lovely and surprising opener. The liver and spare ribs came with side dishes, and there was no unnecessary, unsolicited bread served beforehand.
