Place located near Piazza San Francesco, it does not have car parking but you can still find it nearby. The outside of the structure is similar to many others in the area, while inside we find an environment with a small number of seats which in my opinion is an advantage. In the rooms it is possible to view the cooking of the meat in real time on dedicated screens, a pleasant treat. Bisteccatoscana essentially offers a fixed but well-structured menu, the jewel in the crown is naturally the steak with thickness of the meat and cooking to perfection. The starter entrée is also varied and tasteful and essentially reflects the Tuscan tradition. The wine list is extensive, while the dessert at the end of the meal could be expanded. The service is carried out by attentive and punctual but perhaps a little too present staff, the friendly and affable owner is always ready to cheer up the environment. Price in line with the proposal. Positive experience.

Three of us went to dinner and after a very kind welcome we sat at a table waiting for a tasty appetizer and finally the very tender "Steak", very good, a real pleasure in every bite together with the abundant side dishes. The staff and owners are very kind and attentive and promptly intervened the moment they learned of one of us's lactose intolerance... a comfortable environment with background music with a finally pleasant volume... we drank wine and a craft beer and concluded with typical sweets and coffee. I highly recommend it to those who love meat and are looking for a place where they can pleasantly share the evening.

Impossible to visit Pistoia without eating at Bisteccatoscana to enjoy the best Bistecca Fiorentina. Gerardo is a spectacular host who will make you feel at home. Simply amazing. Congratulations!!!

Not convincing. Fixed menu, starter below expectations, steak normal, cooked well. Pandoro, brigidini and passito as dessert. The welcome of the owner needs to be reviewed

Non è la prima volta che mangio in questo “Paradiso” della bistecca. Cibo ottimo. Gentilezza. Pulizia. Ambiente curato e storico. Prezzo più che onesto. Grazie e a…. Presto, spero.

Bellissimo posto ,molto caratteristico. Appena siamo entrati il proprietario ci ha mostrato la griglia dove viene cotta la Fiorentina. Il ristorante è grande e accogliente, bellissimo l’allestimento delle sale,curato in ogni minimo dettaglio. Ci è stato servito un antipasto tipico molto buono e abbondante per passare poi alla famosa Fiorentina ,sbalorditiva! per poi concludere con cantucci e vin santo(ottimi anche loro). Un posto da consigliare. Tutto perfetto,dalla qualità del cibo alla simpatia dei proprietari e camerieri. La prossima volta che sarò in zona tornerò sicuramente. Complimenti!
