Exceptional welcome, or rather, everything is exceptional!

An absolute highlight of our stay! Although the staff spoke neither English nor German, we felt well looked after from the very first moment. The recommendations were excellent, and we were even lovingly guided through opening and enjoying the blue crab – an experience we will never forget. My ricotta-filled ravioli in lemon sauce with shrimp were simply divine – the only thing I could think of was, "Oh my god!" – so incredibly delicious! The Biffy is a must for anyone who appreciates fresh seafood, warmth, and authentic cuisine. We give it 4.9 stars and would love to come back!

I was a friend's guest for dinner. Everything was seafood-based, everything was delicious, from appetizer to dessert, an excellent selection of wines, and the staff was friendly and helpful. Recommended.

An excellent restaurant, where you can find the sea in the mountains. Every time I'm in the area, I stop by.

We had dinner with relatives and I have to say it was excellent.

This restaurant is among the best in the area for fresh fish. The interior could use a makeover to create a more atmospheric atmosphere, but it remains an iconic restaurant in Ariano.

Il menù propone piatti di mare realizzati con ingredienti freschissimi e accostamenti raffinati. Ogni portata era un’esplosione di sapori, il pesce cucinato alla perfezione, le porzioni generose e la presentazione impeccabile. Si percepisce chiaramente la passione e la competenza dello chef. Il personale è stato gentile, attento (alla mia intolleranza al lattosio) e molto disponibile, contribuendo a rendere il pranzo ancora più piacevole. In definitiva, un’ottima scoperta che consigliamo vivamente a chi ama la buona cucina di pesce e cerca un posto dove sentirsi coccolato. Ci torneremo sicuramente!

Parola chiave: PERFEZIONE! Andiamo a mangiare al Biffy da tanti anni, abbiamo fatto anche diverse cerimonie, non sbagliano MAI! Sempre tutto perfetto! Cibo strabiliante, un gusto che non riesci a trovare da nessun'altra parte e, cosa secondo me ancora più difficile da trovare altrove, è un gusto spettacolare che trovi e ritrovi costante nel tempo essendo comunque anche innovativi. A contornare il tutto, come una ciliegina sulla torta, c'è lo staff che oltre a essere molto capace è davvero gentile, simpatico ed affidabile. Vuoi mangiare bene, essere trattato bene, sentirti praticamente in una grande famiglia e trovare piatti ottimi? Vai al Biffy! Consiglio: 5/5 stelle!
