Of all the McDonald's I have frequented, this one has excellent staff, very fast and efficient. The premises are very nice.

I mean: it's a McDonald's. There is no need to review the food or the variety of dishes. It must be said, however, that it is comfortable, has a spacious car park, McDrive available and children's games in the outdoor area. All in all a good McDonald's that stands out among all the others.

This is the only McDonald's in Florence where I stop for lunch, I've tried others but I only like this restaurant, the tables are always clean and above all I find a lot of friendliness and kindness from the staff who work there.

This is the cheapest McDonald's I've ever been to in my entire life. Clean place, smiling staff. Very good food. I haven't eaten at such a good McDonald's in a long time. I recommend this fast food. I paid around 18 euros for 2 menus and burgers on top of that. Table and chair indoors and outdoors. With a play area for children.

05/12/24 From Florence going towards the Impruneta motorway exit I stopped at this MC and I really liked it. The food is the usual but the environment is very nice and clean, both the ground floor and the mezzanine floor and the bathrooms and the staff is helpful. Plus: large outdoor area with several tables and small playground

Gran pizza y personal de camarero muy acogedor. Es un ambiente perfecto para las familias. Nuestro favorito era la pizza 'nduja e burrata, manos abajo, pero prueba todo!

El servidor era excelente. Mi esposa tenía la margherita y yo el Prosciutto crudo e burrata pizza ambos estaban deliciosos. Las costras eran perfectas. Gran valor.

10/02/2025: Ci siamo stati su consiglio e invito del nostro amico e DJ del locale Filippo che è il fiore all'occhiello del Locale, tutto davvero molto bello, tante salette sparse tra sopra e sotto dove poter cenare e passare la serata in compagnia con ottima musica e drink particolari oltre ai soliti classici. Personale molto professionale, dalla ragazza che porta l'acqua durante la serata, ai ragazzi che si occupano della preparazione e del servizio dei drink, ma una nota di merito va al ragazzo che si occupa di mantenere i servizi igienici impeccabili BRAVO !!!
17/01/2025: What a nice place! Highly recommend for mouth watering cocktails and awesome foot (albeit a bit pricey). Excellent ambiance, sublime location (palazzo Concini - you get to dine in a Medici reception like ambiance). Locale is in the top 50 Bars in the world and for a good reason!
