Excellent vibe and service, great and quick and were very helpful with my allergies.

It's one of those places I've had on my list for a while, and my expectations were high. The atmosphere is splendid, with attention to detail, and the service is truly impeccable: attentive, present, and professional. We ordered an appetizer to share and two first courses: spaghetti alla chitarra and tagliolini with truffle. The spaghetti was excellent, well-made, and full of flavor. The tagliolini, however, were unfortunately disappointing: completely lacking in flavor. Despite the black truffle being visibly present, nothing was noticeable on the plate. A dish you wouldn't expect from a restaurant of this caliber. The staff handled the situation with great elegance and attentiveness, immediately suggesting a substitution and bringing a truly excellent cutlet, a gesture much appreciated. We finished with two desserts: the chocolate sphere was the highlight of the dinner, simply extraordinary. The bill is medium-high, in line with the type of restaurant.

The dishes were excellent, the portions not too large. The price, in line with Milanese fare, in my opinion.

They might have deserved a fifth star, but I didn't want to give it to them for two reasons. The tables were perhaps a little too narrow, with limited room to move around. And €4 for a cover charge is honestly too much, especially for a restaurant that already has rather high prices, although they're commensurate with the deliciousness of the food and the quality of the ingredients used. The warm seafood appetizer with puntarelle was delicious, a perfect combination of flavors and a satisfying portion. For the main course, the yellowfin tuna steak was a triumph of delicate flavors, leaving me satisfied but not full. The wait staff was friendly.
