Booked and went for the first time. Very nice location and welcoming staff. The food is of excellent quality and with a wide choice, let's say that they don't just look after business but also customer care. Excellent value for money.

Elegant but at the same time welcoming environment, I came here for an evening with friends. Personally I tried the scottona steak with potatoes and it was very good, and based on the opinions of my friends, the other dishes were also worth it. The wine list is also excellent, ideal for accompanying the various dishes. Overall great bistro, recommended, I would go back.

We went to this place for dinner on the recommendation of friends. The atmosphere is intimate and welcoming and the staff immediately dedicated themselves to us. They recommended a menu based on fish and crudités. All very fresh and tasty, cooked very well. They also have a good choice of wines. It is a place that I recommend and to which we will certainly return.

Elegant environment with attention to detail and with pleasant background music that still allows you to converse during dinner. The staff was very kind and attentive to any of our requests, really excellent food and wide choice on the menu. 5 stars well deserved! If you are passing through Milan I absolutely recommend a dinner here!

Clean, quiet and elegant environment. The polite and helpful staff made us have a wonderful evening. The menu is varied and of high quality and the prices are appropriate for the area. We will be back to try other specialties!

17/06/2024: Guyot was one of first experiences in Milan and was the coziest. We were seated in a nook in the back as we arrived early in the evening. The overall vibe is traditional and comforting. We started with the tasting tray (polenta, ragu, and lentils). The tray comes out piping hot and the key is to mix the ragu with the polenta. Rich, creamy and a great way to start the meal. A glass of local red and rose helped kick things off. Our two main plates included the Milanese risotto as well as the tagliatelle with ragu. The portions are healthy, and the risotto was top notch. The simplest of dishes, crafted to creamy perfection which highlighted the chef’s ability to meld simple ingredients. The pasta was very good as well as the ragu makes another appearance on al dente noodles. Extra salty cheese is grated over the top which helps complete the dish. Rating: 4/5
30/05/2024: My husband and I had a wonderful dinner here. Great food, friendly staff, and nice atmosphere. Both of our risottos were delicious! They also give generous pours for wine and large cocktails. 10/10 recommend
