We had a wonderful evening at this beautifully and lovingly decorated restaurant. We enjoyed a four-course meal, and everything was superb! Vitello tonnato, duck in cherry sauce, pasta with shrimp and zucchini, foie gras pâté, orange soufflé, chocolate cake, and albicocca almond cake—all of exceptional quality!
The service was simply fantastic—super friendly, attentive, and with great wine recommendations!

A truly delightful experience. Discovered by chance in the Palestro area. This restaurant seats about 20 people, and I recommend calling to reserve a table, otherwise it's hard to find a table... it feels like walking into a small gift shop. There are three doors in the restaurant: one for the kitchen, one for the bathroom (spectacular!!!), and one for entering/exiting. I think they change the menu every month, because the menu page said May. The food was high-quality and beautifully plated. The only waitress was friendly, discreet, and also good at recommending a wine to go with the food. I would definitely return.

I had dinner at this small restaurant and really enjoyed the chef's cuisine. The spaghetti with asparagus and clams was excellent, not to mention the dark chocolate cake. Highly recommended.

Piccola Cucina is a true little gem in the heart of Milan! The moment you step inside, you're struck by how incredibly cute and charming this restaurant is. With just eight tables, it creates an intimate, almost familial atmosphere that instantly makes you feel special.
The food is absolutely fantastic: fresh, high-quality, and simply outstanding. The attention to detail is evident in every single dish. The service is attentive, warm, and always present without being intrusive. You feel completely welcome.
I wholeheartedly recommend Piccola Cucina and am already looking forward to my next visit as soon as I'm back in Milan.
