The food was truly unique and authentic, reflecting the chef’s distinctive style. Ingredients were top-notch — sturgeon, alpine char, ... Pricing was very fair for this level.
There were a couple of ?? - my kid ordered a dessert that turned out to contain alcohol, which I wish had been mentioned upfront, and there was a bit of a nut shell in one of the cookies. Understandable things, but it would’ve been nice (not a must) to see some sign of an apology. Still, the overall experience and quality will bring me back.

Warm welcome on the phone and upon arrival at the restaurant. Easy parking next to the restaurant. The setting is very beautiful, at the edge of the lake. Efficient service without being oppressive. The dishes are very good, in sufficient quantity. Fair price. We recommend this good establishment 👍🏻

I have already tried the restaurant a few times.
Excellent location, very welcoming and friendly staff.
The cuisine is excellent, modern and at the same time respectful of local traditions which are nice to know or rediscover.
Always very interesting to discover what's off the menu of the day.
Elegant and refined service that also knows how to be affable, with that touch of sincere informality that makes it truly pleasant.
Excellent wine list, with a particular predilection for the selection of champagne, really difficult to find so rich and interesting.
The quality/price ratio of both the food and the wines is very honest.
Super recommended.

Abbiamo provato questo ristorante più di una volta durante l’ultimo anno e anche per il pranzo di sabato 8 marzo non siamo rimasti delusi dalle aspettative. Unica pecca le due signore che hanno fatto polemica ad un tavolo vicino a noi. In un locale così intimo che ovunque ci si sieda, si possa vedere il lago, alzarsi ed andarsene dopo aver porto le proprie lamentele a due cameriere ed al proprietario, perlopiù senza guardarlo ma continuando a giocare con il cellulare mentre lui parlava, lo abbiamo trovato proprio di cattivo gusto. I diritti della giornata internazionale della donna non hanno significato che si debba per forza aver un canale preferenziale, ma che i diritti valgono per tutti in egual misura

Complimenti a tutto lo staff! Ristorante stupendo affacciato sul lago, si respira un'atmosfera rilassante e raffinata ma al contempo semplice e non costruita. Tutte le portate hanno soddisfatto i nostri palati oltre che la vista; piatti curati, ricercati e di ottima qualità, ottimi anche gli abbinamenti. Il costo assolutamente in linea e lo staff gentile, preparato, attento e non ivadente. Per me è un 10!
