Beautiful, charming location with a great sense of peace! Jacopo is an excellent host and cook. I highly recommend him. The only thing I'd change is the breakfast... I'd offer it as a free option, not with a selection of products you choose... the quality of the yogurt is excellent! Congratulations!

We stayed at Bastione in October 2025. It's a wonderful place on a hill surrounded by olive trees. The owners and staff were incredibly friendly and the breakfast and dinner were plentiful, featuring excellent home-made products. Highly recommended.

A charming place, a historic property surrounded by olive trees, meticulously maintained down to the smallest detail. The owners are incredibly kind. The traditional Umbrian cuisine is superb. Special attention is paid to guests' needs (I'm celiac and enjoyed the traditional dishes in peace!) The location is ideal for visiting the region's villages and cities. The pool is beautiful! What can I say? I'll definitely be back. Highly recommended!

Everything was perfect. The location was wonderful. Jacopo, the owner, was a fantastic person, helpful and very kind. The food was delicious, simple but traditional. We will definitely be back.

We spent 4 days in this special place. My partner and I can only say thanks to Jacopo, Luciano, Estela, Valentina and Elvira for their availability, kindness and what can I say? Arriving in this place is like touching the sky with a finger. I recommend it to anyone who is looking for a bit of peace and serenity within themselves. Unfortunately it didn't last long, but what you have transmitted to us is worth a lot. A pesto

Another gem set high up in the mountain side overlooking Spello. This farm to table restaurant is definitely worth the visit. Charming, friendly proprietor who is also the chef. Loved the old world interiors and the painted down, simple delicious food served.

A wonderful place surrounded by hundreds of olive trees, the perfect place for some quiet relaxation. The rooms are very clean, and the dinner and breakfast are plentiful, delicious, and authentic, featuring products grown on site. The staff is incredibly helpful and friendly, especially Jacopo and his father Luciano, two humble, helpful, friendly, and kind people. We can't wait to return. Manuela and Federico P.S. Buy their olive oil and other products because they are delicious and have the true flavor of times gone by.

15/09/2025: Location: Very quiet hotel. The sauna, housed in a barrel outside in the small garden, is lovely, as is the hot tub. The indoor pool is small, with no view, but nice, with a hot tub in the grotto. Recommendation.
13/09/2025: We recently returned from our vacation in Campiglio. For many years now, we've loved spending our vacations at Hotel Gianna; sometimes alone, often with our children and grandchildren, but always with the same enthusiasm. The Armani family's generous hospitality, the smiles and kindness of the entire staff accompany you from the morning, with a delicious breakfast, until the evening, with an always delicious dinner. Not to mention the mountains of relaxation you can enjoy in the spa or in the beautifully landscaped garden. What more can I say? Thank you, and thank you again, to all of you, with a special hug to Gianna, always a caring and wonderful hostess. And... we hope to return soon! Love, Delfino Family
