The tagliatelle with Bolognese ragù is excellent, both for the texture and cooking of the pasta, and for the quality of the ragù. The house platter includes more gnocco fritto than cured meats and cheeses, but the quality is still good.

A 50-year-old location, but it was revived by the current management and renovated about ten years ago: top-notch service in terms of courtesy and professionalism, above-average food with generous portions, and the pappardelle with wild boar is highly recommended. Congratulations and keep it up.

I honestly don't understand the negative reviews, two people and I ate very well, crescentine and fried gnocco and then tagliatelle, beautiful and clean environment, very kind and helpful waiters, the only flaw is that I've only been back twice, if I return to Maranello I will definitely stop by to eat

Locale che cerca di cambiare impronta..prima menu a prezzo fisso ora prezzi aumentati senza un riscontro sulla qualità, portate striminzite, nn è certo un locale gourmet come pensa di proporsi..il costo delle portate non è giustificata, pagare 3.5 euro solo coperto nn è assolutamente giustificato in un locale così..
