Place to taste local specialities, which I must say are of excellent quality.......shame about the second courses which we couldn't take due to returning to Abruzzo (to avoid motorway traffic jams) but from what I saw being served at the tables adjacent to ours very succulent!!!

Locale che cerca di cambiare impronta..prima menu a prezzo fisso ora prezzi aumentati senza un riscontro sulla qualità, portate striminzite, nn è certo un locale gourmet come pensa di proporsi..il costo delle portate non è giustificata, pagare 3.5 euro solo coperto nn è assolutamente giustificato in un locale così..

Upon returning from a camper tour in Romagna, we had dinner in this restaurant on Saturday evening while waiting to visit the Ferrari museum the next morning. It was a nice surprise. Matteo runs a decidedly superior restaurant with excellent, well-cooked food. Menu with very good evidence of allergens. Homemade pasta (gluten-free if you want), sliced diaphragm and sliced horse meat, Lambrusco, trifle and Catalan soup are our choices. All very good. Clean, spacious place, with well-spaced and generously sized tables. Competent service, very friendly and helpful. The bill is absolutely balanced if not even modest compared to the service and quality of the dishes offered. Absolutely to try and, if you return to Maranello, to return.

We had dinner in this restaurant letting ourselves be inspired by the excellent reviews, I can confirm that the food is of excellent quality, the fried gnocco has the flavor of the real gnocco that is eaten only in Emilia, cured meats and cheeses are of excellent quality, the angus diaphragm delicious, well cooked, we then tasted the oven-cooked aubergines, which were definitely excellent, precisely because the raw material is carefully selected!

Excellent experience! We started with a fantastic fried gnocco, hot and abundant, accompanied by very high quality cured meats: a truly perfect combination. The highlight, however, was the diaphragm: tender and juicy, served on a griddle to cook the meat as you prefer, simply exceptional. Attentive and friendly service, welcoming atmosphere. We will definitely be back!

Ho trovato questa trattoria per caso su TripAdvisor ed è stata la scelta perfetta per il nostro pranzo dopo la visita al Museo Ferrari di Maranello. Personale cordiale e disponibile (un po' lento il servizio), locale accogliente. Il cibo è in ottimo stile emiliano, con antipasti abbondanti di salumi e formaggi e piatti consistenti. Abbiamo assaggiato 4 primi ed erano tutti ottimi, forse la lasagna di zucca salsiccia e scamorza un po' pesantina (ma danno la possibilità di fare la doggy bag).
Una nota negativa per me è la possibilità di fare il bis di primi, perché può essere fatto solo a coppie, e la coppia deve prendere gli stessi due piatti (per esempio se io voglio primo A e B, un altro non potrà prendere B e C), il che è un po' inutile considerando che te li portano interi in due piatti (si fa prima a prenderne uno a testa e dividere personalmente).
