Found this restaurant by chance and offered us a fantastic dinner. Friendly and fast staff. Excellent food and fair prices. I recommend it to everyone.

It was recommended to us about a year ago for excellent meat, and since then we have been going back from time to time when we are in the area. Fiorentina is something special and I highly recommend it, it is served accompanied with vegetables or roast potatoes (according to the diner's preference). Even the first courses are a delight and the selected ingredients are of high quality. Friendly, professional and super helpful service. If you are nearby in Colognola ai Colli and are looking for a place to have lunch or dinner, this is the right place☺️

Excellent meat (7 of us tasted both the steak, the rib-eye and the Florentine steak), excellent wines, courteous, playful and friendly service. Beautiful location with the possibility of eating outside when it's hot with a beautiful veranda.

I ate grilled meat very well... generously cut and delicious side dishes. Very high quality and high price but it's worth it. Service and hospitality make it a point of reference... it is clear that the guest is the protagonist... to try and in my case to return in good weather to dine outdoors

I ate the starters with mixed cold cuts and we shared the Florentine steak. The food is really very good as is the wine. The people are kind and ready to requests. I found it perhaps a little expensive. For the rest everything was excellent!!

Location e servizio impeccabili ! In questo locale si apprezza soprattutto la preparazione del Patron e dei camerieri! Conosciamo per filo e per segno la differenza per ogni taglio di carne… abbiamo optato per una deliziosa fiorentina! Al Galo c’è molta passione ❤️‍🔥 e professionalità! 10/05/2025: Best pizzeria on Lake Garda. We already make reservations from home so that we can be sure to get a table. The food is fantastic, the atmosphere is beautiful and the boss is always friendly and super nice.
