Being in Milan and not visiting Bar Luce is like not drinking espresso in Italy. An exceptionally stylish and beautiful cafe/bar next to the Museum of Modern Art. You have to hunt for a seat 😉

Excellent rice cake. Fresh, with a generous portion and pleasing to the eye. Very original bar - in the internal courtyard of the Prada Foundation in Largo Isarco - in vintage style. With coffee, croissants, cakes and fresh fruit pastries. Aesthetically very nice. Seating inside and out. Kindness. Prices a little high.

Stunning bar with a retro style, a treat for Wes Anderson fans. Reservation recommended if you want to sit given the popularity of the place. Aperol Spritz €10 including appetizers.

Very few choices. I asked if they had vegan croissants and they told me they only have one (meaning a sample, not a type) which is usually finished in the morning. Sufficient service.
The counter and tables are indeed "themed", but I don't think that type of upholstery has anything to do with it - but I could be wrong.
Overall, the convenience and service do not seem to me to be at the level of the Prada foundation, or other cafes at museums and foundations. I wouldn't go there specifically for the Luce bar, and maybe I wouldn't have coffee there even if I went there for the installations or exhibitions.

A classic Italian bar designed by Wes Anderson. What more can you ask for? It’s a popular destination so plan to wait or go at an off time if you want a table.

Premesso che trovo molto carino l arredo del locale,sono stata particolarmente colpita dalle recensioni sul servizio.A quanto pare i camerieri che servono compresa la cassiera sono arroganti e maleducati ,qualita' indispensabile per essere assunti(suggerisce qualcuno) mi domando se nessuno legga le recensioni ,poichè visto che lamentano tutti la stessa cosa non è stato preso nessun provvedimento .Probabilmente è snob essere maleducati ed arroganti per Prada e company .Io non ricordo nemmeno di essere stato avvicinato da un cameriere ho dovuto fare tutto da sola per cui dovrei dire ASSENTI ma ora capisco il perchè
