Such a “meh” experience. This was my first Italian meal and I came here specifically for the risotto Milanese upon recommendation. I visited alone for lunch and happened to arrive at a time I could get seated right away. Great. I was seated at an awkward table right at the entrance, facing all incoming patrons. I didn’t even know where to look LOL. I ordered. Then they brought over four lonely slices of stale bread before my food along with what I assume was tap water in a fancy bottle. Food got here. And it was… good? I mean, it was. But €16 for yellow and slightly creamy al dente rice good? No. It as well-seasoned, though, and I did like the grated cheese they provided on the side. So I ate. I was going to get the panna cotta for dessert but I just wanted to leave so I asked for the check. I get the check. +€3 for “covered seating” (there was no other choice that day but okay, sure) +€3.5 for bottled tap water. Okay… Yeah—I definitely paid €22.5 for a lunch of seasoned rice and water with hardly a view save the eye contact of every incoming patron. And we won’t even begin to talk about the state of the bathroom. Good lord.

Ossobuco, cotoletta, and egg plant are all delicious. I really enjoyed the pleasant and friendly service.

A MUST for a lunch or dinner in the Navigli.. excellent food and extreme kindness of the managers. Among us there was a girl who asked if possible for polenta "off the menu" and was satisfied without any problem despite it being a Sunday lunch with the place packed with people... among other things I was afraid given the turnout there they rushed a little, but instead everything took place in a calm and courteous atmosphere. I had already had a late breakfast and eaten the polenta here but the huge cutlet was so good that as I couldn't finish it, I asked to take it home! Historic place in old Milan that offers the possibility of eating both inside and outside with a view of the Naviglio Grande. I recommend and will certainly return.

I had a Milanese escalope, they call it an elephant ear. Delicious and I ate the best pana cotta of my life!

Il locale è praticamente sempre affollato. Ciò nonostante il servizio è veloce e pratico. Ho mangiato bene, anche se un paio di appunti vanno fatti al fine di migliorare. Servizio: c'erano dei fuori menu, ma a me ne sono stati indicati solo due. Se mi avessero detto che potevo scegliere lo stracotto di asino lo avrei preso. Il tagliere di salumi era troppo freddo, e questo mi ha impedito di assaporarli appieno. L'ossobuco era parecchio salato. Considerato che è un locale sui Navigli, frequentato praticamente sempre, questi piccoli accorgimenti dovrebbero aiutare. Di certo è un locale da provare

Une petite pause pour quelques viennoiseries et des Cappuccinos, bien agréable. Sortent des cuisines toute une variété de gâteaux appétissants... Nous avons trouvé que ce n'était vraiment pas cher et l'accueil a été excellent. Terrasse très bien exposée, au bord du canal très animé sur la rive opposée.
