22/09/2025: It's an excellent restaurant that also offers a couple of guest rooms. Located in a historic building in the hamlet of Frassino, it serves primarily traditional dishes from the Varaita Valley, using local ingredients. The food is truly high-quality without being expensive. I would increase the portions of the first courses, but that's just my personal opinion. The comfort of the hotel section is affected by the structural constraints inherent in a historic building, which nevertheless retains its character. The breakfast is truly excellent, plentiful and made with quality ingredients.

14/09/2025: Excellent food and a very pleasant atmosphere. I wasn't happy with the portions, which were far too small, especially the meat dishes, which should curb your cravings for something savory while you wait for dessert... luckily, the bonèt that ended the meal was simply spectacular! Service was a bit slow, so take your time.
