A great place next to the chairlift where you can not only buy a chairlift pass but also have breakfast or a bite for lunch. The polenta mista is highly recommended. The waitresses are incredibly kind.

The polenta is good, the pizzas are excellent, Stefano is very kind, his wife is in the kitchen, Stefano serves at the bar, we feel like at home, you can watch football matches, I recommend the Gran Viver bar restaurant, the service is top, then go and eat also to drink, one of the best welcomes in Entracque 😄

We had a delicious pizza after a day of riding. The service was very prompt, friendly, cheerful, and spoke good English. To finish, we had the homemade tiramisu.

07/01/2026: A place as simple as it is authentic. Truly excellent food, a family atmosphere, and friendly and helpful staff. Like all trattorias, they offer a fixed menu, but I think some variations can be arranged upon request. In our case, on January 6, 2026, the menu included: - veal with tuna sauce - fresh chicken salad - ham and cheese crepes - agnolotti with meat sauce - savory fried dishes (fennel, veal, pork, chicken, meatballs) - sweet fried dishes (apple, pavesini biscuits, semolina, amaretto) - pear with chocolate and plum - peanuts and mandarins - wine and water (Coke on the side) - panettone with cream - coffee - amaro Some appetizers, first and second courses were worth a second helping. So, you really do eat until you're full. I absolutely recommend coming here.
01/01/2026: Excellent traditional cuisine. The Piedmontese-style mixed fried fish is delicious.
