This review isn't about the gelato (which is obviously excellent) but rather about the staff, all kind and knowledgeable, especially Elisa, who proved to be incredibly knowledgeable, possessing a masterful familiarity with the ingredients she handles every day. She reassured my wife about the allergens (our daughter has allergies) and proved to be extremely knowledgeable, patient, and always smiling. The shop has gained four customers thanks to her!

I can only give one complaint..... You can't eat all the ice creams in one day.....

I also saw about 5 vegan flavors. Important: pay first, then get your ice cream.
