Very pleasant discovery with a carefully prepared and non-trivial menu, a successful mix of different gastronomic traditions. Delightful location in medieval Ferrara and excellent service, the guys are absolutely professional and very kind. We recommend it wholeheartedly.

Beautiful place in the Jewish Ghetto of Ferrara, located in an old stable of the Estensi. Young, friendly and knowledgeable staff .. consequently fast and precise service .. excellent traditional local dishes but also revisited, abundant and different depending on the season, but all well cooked and worth trying. Excellent value for money too. The place has numerous seats inside but also some lovely outdoor tables in the summer. Reservations are always appreciated. If you pass through Ferrara you have to try it.

Lovely setting and great food; but the best thing is absolutely the staff. Riccardo was delightful, describing everything I could and couldn't eat with extreme accuracy (I'm pregnant). Beautiful place, highly recommend

Locale ricavato in una antica scuderia, in armonia con il fascino ed atmosfera della città.
I gestori sono attenti alle esigenze alimentari dei clienti e non lesinano informazioni sui cibi e anche sulle curiosità e filosofia del locale improntata all'ospitalità e cura del cliente.
Per i piatti serviti valgono le recensioni già lasciate, qualità e gusto ad un prezzo adeguato.
Pane fatto in casa e superbi taglieri di salumi, per cominciare, poi primi e secondi di carne tutti di qualità, accompagnati quest'ultimi con salse prelibate, tutto molto ricercato e gustoso.
Anche il nostro cagnolino Pepe ha ricevuto coccole e una bella ciotola d'acqua fresca!

I'll be back for sure! Very nice and quiet place, at least on a Tuesday evening.
Excellent food.
The asparagus pie is delicious (I would push more on the pecorino sauce, but good nonetheless).
The exceptional Angus steak! Cooked to perfection and seasoned beautifully.
I still wanted to try the artichokes and some first courses... I'll have to go back...
Excellent value for money and lovely, quick service.

Piacevole scoperta! Consigliati da una collega ci siamo ritrovati in questo piacevole locale, defilato dalla via principale, dove abbiamo trovato un'ottima cucina e accoglienza. Abbiamo gustato il tagliere di salumi con i pinzini (coppa in cassetta, ciccioli, pancetta e la zia ferrarese), cappellazcci di zucca al burro e salvia (eccezionali), pappardella ripiena al cinghiale nel suo sugo. I piatti, oltre a essere ben descritti, vengono anche "raccontati" ammaliando l'avventore. Un oste, Giacomo, premuroso e piacevole nella conversazione, che condivide con i clienti anche cenni storici del ghetto ebraico. Torneremo!
