This restaurant serves classic lunch dishes, but you can tell they take extra care in preparation. The food was tasty, and the attentive staff made the experience even better. The prices are reasonable, making it a great spot for a quality meal without breaking the bank.

Ristorante "stellare" anche se non stellato, meritatamente segnalato dalla guida Michelin, cucina di altissimo livello, così come il servizio, ma prezzi decisamente contenuti per ristoranti di questo livello!! Per quanto riguarda i vini alcune etichette costano addirittura il 20 o il 30% in meno rispetto alla media per la stessa bottiglia! Soddisfatti al 200%! Bravi.

Wow! I have no words to describe the food of this place. By far the best place in Olbia. The duck was incredible! But overall the food was amazing. The service was friendly and the place is lovely. Also, the desserts (all of them!) will blow your mind.

My wife and I had the tasting menu while our son had a salmon fillet with vegetables. The salmon was good. The tasting menu, not so good. I debated writing this because there was effort put in and it’s a tasting menu (so we didn’t expect everything to be something we’d like), and the service was good… but for the price of the meal, I figure it’s worth providing feedback (as we opted not to after our meal since our kid was falling asleep at the table by the end of the night). So here it is: the portions are generous and the dessert was nice (sorbet + merengue & fruit) but the octopus was severely overcooked while nearly everything else (risotto, fish, etc.) was undercooked and some of the combinations were surprising (even for a tasting menu) - like the squirt of mayonnaise (?) on saffron risotto w/ prawn tartare or the combination of raw celery, mash potatoes, & white fish. I think the Michelin guide (how we found the restaurant) described it as a good value but im not sure that was our experience.

Ristorante molto ordinato e servizio estremamente professionale anche se un po lento. Cibo molto buono anche se gli spaghettoni ai frutti di mare li ho trovati un po brodosi.

Una sicurezza pietanze gustose e personale molto cordiale!

I found the restaurant in question perhaps a little overrated.... I absolutely do not question the freshness and quality of the raw material, as well as the adequacy of the quality-price ratio. The very tasty fish melted in your mouth; on the dessert (we opted for the Pavlova) there was the right balance between sweetness and acidity. However, the service was a little awkward and confusing; as a customer who ordered almost all the courses, in such a place, it seemed a shame not to enjoy a second round of amaro perhaps offered by the house... The atmosphere is calm, perhaps too quiet?!

Prima cena in Sardegna ottimo battesimo. Mi aveva spaventato un po’ l’idea di un Ristorante di un hotel in una zona periferica della città, ma devo dire che mi sono dovuto ricredere. Personale molto gentile e professionale , cibo della tradizione sarda che era quello che cercavo . Prezzo qualità ottimo . Ci ritornerei di sicuro

Ho cenato questa settimana in questo locale scegliendo il menu degustazione. Materie prime ottime valorizzate al meglio in tutti i piatti ad eccezione degli antipasti. Sicuramente un locale con margini di miglioramento, carta vini ristretta, porzioni abbondanti in relazione alla tipologia di menu’ scelta. Prezzi corretti, servizio buono.
