Ristorante molto ordinato e servizio estremamente professionale anche se un po lento. Cibo molto buono anche se gli spaghettoni ai frutti di mare li ho trovati un po brodosi.

Prima cena in Sardegna ottimo battesimo. Mi aveva spaventato un po’ l’idea di un Ristorante di un hotel in una zona periferica della città, ma devo dire che mi sono dovuto ricredere. Personale molto gentile e professionale , cibo della tradizione sarda che era quello che cercavo . Prezzo qualità ottimo . Ci ritornerei di sicuro

The food was very tasty but there was a piece of mussel shell in the black fregola that I bit on. The waiter just said “sorry” and smiled. In addition, the beef fillet was medium rare even though it was ordered medium.

Easy to find is ample free parking available. A very good table with a varied choice on the menu. A refined cuisine with beautiful combinations of fresh products. A starter, 2 main courses, 2 desserts and a bottle of water for €90

Ho cenato questa settimana in questo locale scegliendo il menu degustazione. Materie prime ottime valorizzate al meglio in tutti i piatti ad eccezione degli antipasti. Sicuramente un locale con margini di miglioramento, carta vini ristretta, porzioni abbondanti in relazione alla tipologia di menu’ scelta. Prezzi corretti, servizio buono.

Hotel restaurant near the airport. I found the midday menu somewhat short and with few options. Good quality of food and good service but not particularly outstanding.

31/08/2024: Per il secondo anno consecutivo sono tornato a cena in questo locale con mia moglie . Mangiare con i piedi nella sabbia è già un punto di partenza molto alto ma anche la qualità del cibo , la professionalità del servizio e la presentazione delle pietanze è molto alta . Devo dire che ho mangiato un piatto di tagliolini con pomodoro e aragosta che era incantevole . Per non parlare della tartare di tonno accompagnata con del gin in spry che era una meraviglia . COMPLIMENTI E CI VEDIAMO NEL 2025
