I wasn't crazy about the taste of the food or the portion size. Special place and friendly staff.

Lovely experience. Atmosphere was wonderful. Food was delicious and beautiful. Service was good, but a bit slow. A bit pricey. Second time visiting and would visit again.

Best restaurant so far on my trip around Puglia. The presentation is off the charts, and the flavours are well balanced, unique and so well done. The portions are reasonable so even though I couldn't eat every bite, two people would have a perfect amount. Started with a parmigiana flan, a cheesy creamy creation that was out of this world! Moved on to try two types of pasta, both of which were amazing, followed by the most tender veal cheek I've ever had, I didn't even need a knife. Lastly a dessert recommended by the server, a dessert version of focaccia, olive oil and salt, but as an ice cream, cake crumbs and an olive oil icing. It was such an experience, and for a reasonable price. Highly recommend this place!

The food is exceptional, a treat for the palate. friendly service and attentive to the smallest details. the place develops in a beautiful white cave creating a beautiful contrast between past and modern. they offer revisited dishes in case of lactose intolerance, it's not a given!! I will go back and recommend it!

We really enjoyed our dinner. Our hotel recommended and they were spot on with traditional Matera dishes. Good service, good food, and a beautiful place. We did not have reservations and they were happy to accommodate us. Highly recommend 💕

We are delighted to have found this typical restaurant. The waiter was adorable and gave good advice, the dishes were excellent. You can go there with your eyes closed!

Après cette marche sous le soleil de plomb, nous sommes arrivés dans ce restaurant à 12h30 piles et dès l’entrée nous avons été très inspirés tant par la fraîcheur que par le cadre. La qualité du service est irréprochable ainsi que celle des mets. Expérience culinaire à vivre. N’hésitez pas à goûter au dessert du chef à base de pain de Matera. À vivre absolument !!
