Après cette marche sous le soleil de plomb, nous sommes arrivés dans ce restaurant à 12h30 piles et dès l’entrée nous avons été très inspirés tant par la fraîcheur que par le cadre. La qualité du service est irréprochable ainsi que celle des mets. Expérience culinaire à vivre. N’hésitez pas à goûter au dessert du chef à base de pain de Matera. À vivre absolument !!

Truly beautiful restaurant located within the Sassi of Matera. It is very elegant and refined, recommended for a romantic dinner. The dishes were very good and prepared: I appreciated the lamb ravioli and the sweet frozen nougat with chocolate sauce!

I chose this restaurant because I wanted to eat in the Sassi and I must say that the rooms of this restaurant are truly full of charm, even the tables outside offer an enchanting view at sunset. The place is quiet and is not in the "nightlife" area. ” evening so to speak. The restaurant is particularly careful to enhance local cuisine and offers numerous revisited traditional dishes, with high quality yet simple products, such as caciocavallo podolico and local cured meats. Staff very polite and attentive to the needs of diners, amazing wine list. The tasting of hot Matera bread and EVO oil was very welcome. A special thanks to the waiter Domenico, who recommended me a surprising dessert...an ice cream revisited with the flavor of bread, oil and salt! We will definitely be back.
