I liked it so much I went twice. The ravioli was really delicious. The beef Wellington was also very tender. The desserts were delicious, too. It's a shame I couldn't try everything because I was so full eating alone.

Spectacular restaurant. I came here three out of four days in Rome. Very professional service, exquisite food, 100% Italian cuisine. I have nothing but good things to say.

For us, this is the best restaurant in Rome. Attentive service. Creative dishes, and the cake babett is simply delicious. Make a reservation in advance.

We had a wonderful meal here. Their complimentary soup was delicious, I wanted more! We started off by sharing the truffle and cheese ravioli (forgot the exact name) but the taste has not left my memory- wow, my tastebuds were in heaven! Also had a perfect filet with a truffle butter and potato au gratin. The courtyard had great ambience.

A relaxing setting, away from the noise of the street... Impeccable service. Friendly, welcoming and professional, and the food is pure delight. We had a brioche stuffed with brie and truffle as a starter, then duck and pasta with gorgonzola... everything was fantastic. Thank you for this great time

A top restaurant in Rome...
Although it's a bit far from our hotel near the Roman Forum, we were determined to have dinner here because of the excellent reviews. And we weren't disappointed...!
From the friendly and professionally attentive service to the excellent food, we always felt welcome and very well looked after. This restaurant is without a doubt a guarantee for a pleasant evening!
A little more about the costs involved: it may be true that good food doesn't have to be expensive – but unfortunately, at least in the restaurant industry, that's more of a pipe dream... at least if you want to treat your guests with the style that's practiced here. But it's definitely a good investment!

Cosa fondamentale: si mangia benissimo. Poi: il locale è molto bello, ha un accogliente cortile interno se si vuole mangiare all'aperto. Il personale è professionale, attento, cordiale. Il menù guarda alle tradizioni e alla stagione (noi siamo stati lì ad aprile, erano proposti tra le altre cose agnello e carciofi) ma non solo; i prodotti sono di alta qualità, cucinati benissimo. Non è un ristorante economico, ma il costo non è molto diverso da altri locali dello stesso livello. Considerati i pregi descritti sopra, e data la zona, è un locale che consiglio vivamente. Ha superato le mie aspettative, e mi piacerebbe tornarci

Babette è uno dei miei ristoranti preferiti a Roma.
Diciamo che ogni 2/3 mesi sento il bisogno di tornarci.
Il luogo è incantevole, ha uno stile particolarissimo ed accoglie ogni volta un'esposizione di quadri sempre diversa (a S. Valentino espone tutti quadri con i cuori).
La cucina è di influenza francese con squagli creme e condimenti spesso a base di formaggi.
Consiglio il risotto al salto che in ogni menù di stagione viene proposto con ingredienti differenti.
Consiglio anche la torta babette, la cui ricetta è un segreto ed è un qualcosa di unico.
Personale gentile e accogliente.
E poi... si trova a via Margutta, ed ho detto tutto.
