Nice experience, not too good food.

Nice experience. Too bad the food is truly terrible.

There were 7 of us tonight to dine in this restaurant, they seated us at a table for 4-6 people. We asked to move because we were cramped and we were denied because they had to wait for groups of at least 10 people for the larger tables. Ate in uncomfortable conditions with no space. I asked for a small table to place plates or pans and this was also denied. Nice place with good food but service not up to meeting the needs and expectations of customers.

Loved every minute of the ATMosfera Tram ride, which was a birthday surprise. Beautifully restored tram, great service, good food and lovely views of Milano en route.

We loved every moment of this tram ride! The tram was a gorgeous retrofitted carriage from 1920 with nice comfortable seats and an elegant atmosphere. The staff were kind and professional - how could the driver and the waiter time it so perfectly that we arrived at the end the moment we finished our coffee? Okay, this is not a super high end food experience but still very nice. Water and drinks were provided generously. My one suggestion is - please improve your online booking service. I worked VERY HARD to get a table for 2, for two weeks I kept checking and refreshing until your booking rules changed 3 days before departure and allowed smaller groups at tables of 4. As a result you departed with many empty tables and lost income. I am an airline revenue manager and can provide some ideas on how to improve your pricing and booking! But seriously - keep it up, we loved every minute.

Old style tram ride through the city + dinner made for an excellent surprise dinner. The multi course meals were delicious. The wait staff + chef was friendly, multilingual, and understood food sensitivities. The table settings are beautiful. I would recommend this as a must-do for Milan. You can sit at a 4 or 2 seater table. The tour is wonderful.

It was a fantastic idea to dine on a tram that lets you see Milan, an old historic tram. The staff is kind and the journey lasts about two hours. The cost is 90 euros per person, which includes an appetizer, first course, main course, dessert, coffee, and a bottle of wine for two people. The price is worth it for the idea and the charm of the experience, which is unique. The food was good but not exceptional. The white wine was warm and the pasta was overcooked, which was a shame. I would have preferred a typical Milanese menu and more professional service. The process for rescheduling or canceling is very strict. However, it is worth trying this experience. Good idea to book in advance.

L’esperienza è stata davvero splendida: girare per la “Milano vecchia” la sera nel pieno del traffico vedendo tutti i classici ma seduti comodamente in un salotto dove viene servita la cena… davvero favoloso. Atmosfera unica. Il cibo non sempre ottimo ( il merluzzo soprattutto) e un po’ freddino, ma l’esperienza vale! Cameriere gentile che spiega ogni portata. Prezzo da “lo faccio una sola volta nella vita”, ma abbiamo bisogno di queste esperienze per rilassarci e gustarci la vita., quindi Bravi.

Esperienza Meravigliosa, personale preparato ed educato, Bello cenare sul Tram percorrendo La grande Milano con le luci della sera. Cibo accettabile, niente di trascendentale. Nel prezzo pagato e' compreso il tour turistico unico nel suo genere. Rifaremo La cena.
