A unique and special experience. The food is good, considering you're on a tram, so it's logical that it can't be like a restaurant. The atmosphere is quiet, as it's not crowded. The waiter is always attentive. You leave satisfied. It's not cheap, but the experience is worth it.

The very welcoming and kind onboard staff ensured we had a wonderful evening. The view of Milan from a privileged vantage point like this elegant tram made us see the city in a different light. The food was excellent, except for the agnolotti del plin, which honestly had no flavor and was topped with a very salty sauce. Edible but not satisfying. Other than that, everything was perfect! We'll definitely be back.

The experience was fantastic, and the waitress (Isabel) was impeccable! Even though she had to take care of everything herself (cloakroom, table service), everything went smoothly, and she was even available to take photos for anyone who asked. The food was plentiful and delicious for a tram. The city tour lasts 90 minutes and includes many iconic sights (Sforza Castle, the Duomo, Arco della Pace, the Navigli canals, etc.).

It's a wonderful experience we've been wanting to do for a long time... ever since we first saw Giacomo and Dr. Fizzoni in the Santa Claus gang. :) The tram moves, but you almost don't notice it; in fact, that gentle rolling is truly soothing. The food is excellent and plentiful, and the staff is attentive and courteous. Milan flows by, muffled by the tram's windows. Just one thing: instead of useless images, it would have been nice to have had directions on the areas we were passing through on the two monitors. Highly recommended, we would have gladly done another tour.

New Year's Eve dinner. The tram arrived 30 minutes late, despite asking guests to be there 15 minutes early. The common thread throughout the evening was the COLD, the carriage, and the food. The experience itself was nice, but they could use a little more attention to their customers. If you want to try it, go in spring or fall.

New Year's Eve dinner. 10:30 PM. We were asked to arrive early, and the tram arrived 20 minutes late! We waited in the freezing cold, surrounded by the unwelcoming faces of Piazza Castello. The menu was good, as was the service, but dining in the cold wasn't an option! All passengers wore scarves and fur coats. Exhausting pauses in the middle of nowhere made us feel like we were being held hostage for the entire evening.
