Absolutely recommended, quality dishes, quiet and healthy environment, excellent prices

Very welcoming but refined environment, the food is really of a high standard, there is an excellent wine list, the service is very fast and impeccable. Maybe a little expensive, but it's worth it.

Nice location but I was expecting the highest quality of the dishes, but nothing special. Apart from the €4 cover charge it seems more than exaggerated to me then the braised cheek tasted too much of wine plus too many onions (which seemed more pickled than caramelised) and the suckling pig too tough. Those dishes were definitely not worth €20. Disappointed with expectations. If I come next time I will try the sushi.

Nice restaurant located in the Subalpina gallery of Turin, in the heart of the city. We had dinner in this place on the evening of December 31st, à la carte menu, possibility to choose both Piedmontese cuisine and sushi. Excellent choice of the subalpine fixed price menu including starter, first course, second course and dessert. The other friends chose dishes from the à la carte menu, including sushi menu, wine and sparkling wine for the toast. Everything was excellent, the quality of the food was excellent as was the service. The staff is very fast in service, attentive and helpful. The environment is refined and elegant. We had a great time. Thank you for your hospitality and your availability and courtesy. We will definitely be back

Devo dire che ero piuttosto perplesso nel prenotare in questo ristorante, viste le non poche recensioni negative per varie ragioni. Mi sono convinto però vedendo che l'offerta menu giapponese aveva piatti che sarebbero piaciuti a mio figlio, amante di questa cucina. L'ambiente è indubbiamente situato in zona centrale a Torino, interno elegante e accogliente ed il servizio è stato quasi perfetto con un'accortezza sul tempismo che mi ha sorpreso. Così come sono stato sorpreso dalla notevole scelta dei tre menu proposti; Menu Tradizionale Piemontese, Menu di Pesce e Menu giapponese con Sushi e Sashimi. Io ho scelto tra il menu di pesce un antipasto di Salmone affumicato e un primo con Spaghetti trafilati al ragù di polpo accompagnato da un calice di Sauvignon; mio figlio ha ovviamente optato per il giapponese con Royal Maki, Tuna Tataki, Hotate Yaki accompagnato da Sakè freddo. Come dolci io ho optato per le paste di meliga con il Passito di Caluso, mentre mio figlio, per restare nel giapponese, ha scelto il Tris Mocki con Sakè caldo. Abbiamo terminato con caffè e due grappe di Moscato. Il prezzo in linea con i ristoranti della categoria.

A force de vouloir ratisser large pour capter une large clientèle, le résultat est décevant. La carte est pléthorique et incompréhensible . Nous passons des sushis , au pokebol, de la cuisine Asiatique , à la cuisine Piémontaise , de l’exotisme, au classicisme régional, un concept de restauration étrange. Nous étions entre amis , après une longue hésitation face à cette offre gastronomique mondialisée, nous nous sommes retrouvés sur la table avec une salade mixte , une barque de sushis et sashimi, des assiettes ossobucos, et du tartare au couteau , ( difficile de choisir un vin dans ce fatras gastronomique) ) . Le tout fût moyen en goût. Nous n’avons pas adhéré à ce concept de restaurant. Positif : Le personnel et le service est très correct , et attentionné les plats servis rapidement et la déco remarquable, Le prix de l’addition raisonnable, mais nous ne reviendrons pas .
