Nice restaurant located in the Subalpina gallery of Turin, in the heart of the city. We had dinner in this place on the evening of December 31st, à la carte menu, possibility to choose both Piedmontese cuisine and sushi. Excellent choice of the subalpine fixed price menu including starter, first course, second course and dessert. The other friends chose dishes from the à la carte menu, including sushi menu, wine and sparkling wine for the toast. Everything was excellent, the quality of the food was excellent as was the service. The staff is very fast in service, attentive and helpful. The environment is refined and elegant. We had a great time. Thank you for your hospitality and your availability and courtesy. We will definitely be back

I must say that I was rather perplexed in booking at this restaurant, given the many negative reviews for various reasons. However, I was convinced when I saw that the Japanese menu offering had dishes that my son, a lover of this cuisine, would have liked. The environment is undoubtedly located in the central area of ​​Turin, an elegant and welcoming interior and the service was almost perfect with an attention to timing that surprised me. Just as I was surprised by the remarkable choice of the three menus offered; Traditional Piedmontese Menu, Fish Menu and Japanese Menu with Sushi and Sashimi. I chose from the fish menu an appetizer of smoked salmon and a first course with drawn spaghetti with octopus ragù accompanied by a glass of Sauvignon; my son obviously opted for the Japanese with Royal Maki, Tuna Tataki, Hotate Yaki accompanied by cold Sake. For desserts, I opted for meliga pastries with Passito di Caluso, while my son, to remain Japanese, chose Tris Mocki with hot sake. We finished with coffee and two Moscato grappas. The price is in line with restaurants in the category.

Refined environment, excellent dining room and kitchen staff, quality food, with attention to every detail with great creativity and particularity. Arcadia is a jewel that embellishes our Turin.

Nice place and in a beautiful historic location. The background music disturbed us a little (loud), some of the dishes were a little disappointing (poorly cooked pasta). A positive experience if you know what to order from the menu.

First of all, it’s a nice restaurant in a beautiful gallery. Friendly staff providing good service. They offer an Italian and a Japanese menu and both have interesting choices. We started out with 2 different rolls and both were good. If they could also provide a slightly sweetened soy sauce option I would have enjoyed it even more. My Agnolotti with sugo d’arrosto was very tasty though they could be more generous with the sauce. As for the ramen, the pork belly was good, but I can tell that the broth tasted just like the Nissin Sesame Instant Noodle Soup I have at home. We have eaten ramen through Japan so we have some ideas about it. Still it was a lovely lunch and we would return to try the other rolls and Italian dishes.

A force de vouloir ratisser large pour capter une large clientèle, le résultat est décevant. La carte est pléthorique et incompréhensible . Nous passons des sushis , au pokebol, de la cuisine Asiatique , à la cuisine Piémontaise , de l’exotisme, au classicisme régional, un concept de restauration étrange. Nous étions entre amis , après une longue hésitation face à cette offre gastronomique mondialisée, nous nous sommes retrouvés sur la table avec une salade mixte , une barque de sushis et sashimi, des assiettes ossobucos, et du tartare au couteau , ( difficile de choisir un vin dans ce fatras gastronomique) ) . Le tout fût moyen en goût. Nous n’avons pas adhéré à ce concept de restaurant. Positif : Le personnel et le service est très correct , et attentionné les plats servis rapidement et la déco remarquable, Le prix de l’addition raisonnable, mais nous ne reviendrons pas .

Spacious and elegant venue. Food and service certainly need to be improved, also so as not to point out the different care between "series A" and "series B" customers...

Food, service, atmosphere… this restaurant is at a higher level. The piedmont menu choices are impeccable, but there is lots of other choices (including pasta and sushi).
