Everything was quite good... excellent food, especially the most important thing, and the wine was excellent.
... I'd just make a few comments.
The service could be more empathetic considering the venue, and I'd also like to point out the table setting, as we were offered an outside table for two, which turned out to be quite small for the amount of food we ordered and the service that followed.
One more small comment... ladies should be provided with a "bag rest" because it's impolite to put their bags on the floor... especially if you're dining in the Galleria Subalpina.
Overall, given the restaurant's well-known owners, one would expect greater attention to detail.

We had dinner as a couple at this restaurant. We ordered both meat and fish dishes, and everything was excellent. The wines were also excellent.
The wait staff was attentive and friendly.
The bill, of course, was proportionate to the food, service, and location.

Refined place, very beautiful interior with very high ceilings and stone columns. The menu satisfies all tastes. Piedmontese and Japanese menus go hand in hand and all that remains is to choose. Everything is very good, attentive service, even having eaten Piedmontese dishes, the Mochi for dessert are a real delight for the palate.

La posizione è perfetta per le visite in centro a Torino, il menù è veramente sorprendente con cucina tradizionale italiana e giapponese, accontenta tutti i gusti e si può sperimentare. Il conto un po’ caro ma giustificato. Sicuramente ci torneremo.

Location stupenda e piatti ottimi. Purtroppo il servizio un po’ approssimativo con trattamento da turisti senza coccole al cliente e addirittura senza rivolgere alcuna attenzione al cliente tranne le domande di cosa prendete e se desideravamo altro
Potrebbe essere perfetto con camerieri un po’ più riverenza.

È il nostro ristorante preferito a Torino. La location è stupenda,il servizio è impeccabile e i piatt sonoi sia ricercati che della tradizione piemontese . Assolutamente consigliato!

Ristorante adatto per cene di lavoro o occasioni speciali, quando si vuole fare bella figura, dato l’ambiente molto bello e il servizio elegante. Di contro il locale con pareti molto alte dà un po’ l’impressione di freddezza e l’acustica non è certo ideale per chiacchierare. La cucina è ottima, con piatti della tradizione ed altri innovativi. I sushi poi, a mio parere ed esperienza, sono i migliori di Torino. Prezzi adeguati, servizio attento.
