Non posso parlarne male, ma nemmeno bene. Abbiamo preso tortelli di erbetta e anolini. Questi ultimi in un brodo scuro non di carne, a Parma non si può vedere. Tortelli passabili ma ripieno 'liscio'. Poi punta ripiena non male. Il posto ha una fredda organizzazione. Quando abbiamo pagato alla cassa il proprietario nonché chef....non ci ha chiesto se era andato tutto bene....solite cose che per carineria si chiedono. Non ci tornerei.

Beautiful experience in this typical restaurant on the outskirts of Parma.
The dishes, both meat and fish, are all very good. Special mention for the herb ravioli which is mind-blowing, as is their artisanal panettone with ice cream.
Clean and well-kept environment without too many frills, very kind staff, good prices and in line with the level.
Would I recommend it? Yes
Would I go back? Yes

Passing through Parma on business, you can't help but stop in Gaione, hosted by Maestro Davide, who excels in the type and quality of the dishes, as well as honest prices, impeccable hospitality and service... absolutely recommended!

Wonderful New Year's Eve dinner, spending less than the various dinners offered by the various local pizzerias.
Divine dishes, super service with the chef going around the tables for some Christmas chat, which was greatly appreciated.

Sunday lunch with friends.
Family atmosphere and excellent food where the quality of the raw materials used is of a high level starting from the appetizers up to the simply amazing pumpkin and herb tortelli. The artisanal panettone is worth tasting accompanied by the delicious ice cream always produced by them.
Here you can enjoy the tradition of Parma which also winks at innovation.
