Di rientro da un weekend al mare decidiamo di fermarci in questo caratteristico locale in provincia di parma in Loc.Gaione . L'ambiente è elegante ma con tanta tanta tradizione . Ci fanno accomodare nella saletta ed optiamo per un percorso degustazione chiamato "Equilibrio" . Piatti leggeri , ottimi accostanenti con un tocco di tradizione ed innovazione insieme. Pasta fresca d'eccellenza fatta dalla giovane chef . E per finire un ripudio col loro gelato mantecato a mano alla crema con salsa al cioccolato una delizia. Insomma un locale da provare e scoprire .

Returning from a weekend at the seaside we decide to stop in this characteristic place in the province of Parma in Loc.Gaione. The environment is elegant but with a lot of tradition. They let us sit in the room and we opt for a tasting journey called "Equilibrio". Light dishes, excellent accompaniments with a touch of tradition and innovation together. Excellent fresh pasta made by the young chef. And finally a repudiation with their hand-whipped cream ice cream with chocolate sauce, a delight. In short, a place to try and discover.

Service: welcoming and accurate.
Location: lovely, it feels like going back in time.
Cuisine: a perfect mix of traditional dishes and contemporary dishes, all impeccably executed. Compliments to the chef.
I think it's really difficult to find better in the area.

Beautiful experience in this typical restaurant on the outskirts of Parma.
The dishes, both meat and fish, are all very good. Special mention for the herb ravioli which is mind-blowing, as is their artisanal panettone with ice cream.
Clean and well-kept environment without too many frills, very kind staff, good prices and in line with the level.
Would I recommend it? Yes
Would I go back? Yes

Passing through Parma on business, you can't help but stop in Gaione, hosted by Maestro Davide, who excels in the type and quality of the dishes, as well as honest prices, impeccable hospitality and service... absolutely recommended!
