Trattoria not far from the center of Parma offers typical but also revisited cuisine. The location takes you back to the past with simple and elegant furnishings. The service is welcoming and the staff is courteous and professional. We were 6 adults and we chose a starter of giardiniera and local cured meats (really excellent), a dish each, either a first or second course and desserts. In the photos you will find broad bean ravioli and pecorino cream, passatelli with pea cream and smoked ricotta, gianduia ice cream served with mint crumble and strawberry mousse. Excellent value for money. All delicious!

My wife and I had already tasted the cuisine of "Antichi Sapori" and this time too we were not disappointed. The staff is attentive, the sober environment is well lit. In addition to traditional dishes, the menu offers interesting variations.

Un po fuori Parma..10 minuti in macchina ..location particolare, che secondo me in estate sarà ancora piu suggestiva..cibo? 10 e lode..tortelli d erbetta buonissimi..gli altri commensali hanno decantato il risotto (lo chef é bravissimo nei risotti), secondo un maialino che si scioglieva in bocca..dessert la loro colomba, divina a dir poco..servizio attento e Gentile..conto super onesto se si pensa a cosa si e mangiato e bevuto..insomma super consigliato e sicuramente tornero presto

Excellent traditional Parma food. High quality cured meats, space fried pie and succulent stuffed tip. To give a more complete opinion, we should return calmly and not in a hurry for a work lunch. The service was quick and very kind. The environment is classic farmhouse in the countryside.

Di rientro da un weekend al mare decidiamo di fermarci in questo caratteristico locale in provincia di parma in Loc.Gaione . L'ambiente è elegante ma con tanta tanta tradizione . Ci fanno accomodare nella saletta ed optiamo per un percorso degustazione chiamato "Equilibrio" . Piatti leggeri , ottimi accostanenti con un tocco di tradizione ed innovazione insieme. Pasta fresca d'eccellenza fatta dalla giovane chef . E per finire un ripudio col loro gelato mantecato a mano alla crema con salsa al cioccolato una delizia. Insomma un locale da provare e scoprire .

02/05/2025: We really enjoyed our lunch here! The space is cozy and beautiful inside, the service was friendly and efficient. We really liked all the food we ordered and the wine was also very nice. Freshly-made desserts also looked amazing - we will need to try them next time!
27/04/2025: Typical tavern, with tables on the street, young and informal. The famous horse pesto is absolutely worth trying. The roast beef cuts itself, highly recommended. Great price

18/05/2025: Great experience, high quality products, excellent dishes at a more than fair price We had a cold cuts appetizer, really excellent. Followed by tortelli di erbette, really bizarre. All accompanied by a good Lambrusco Highly recommended
