First time, and certainly not last. We were warmly welcomed in a very elegant setting. The dishes were perfect: tasty, well-balanced, and beautifully plated. The timing between courses was perfect. Generous portions and truly delicious cured meats, as you'd expect from a Parma restaurant. The staff not only accommodated my request to decorate the dessert with candles for my partner's birthday, but they made it even more spectacular. Excellent value. A must-try.

It's always a pleasure to return after a while to one of the best trattorias in Parma and its province.
Excellent rice savarin, served directly by chef Davide, the cured meats are always excellent, accompanied by torta fritta, perfectly cooked and light in texture.
The caramelized onion tart is always the same, intense flavor, perfectly cooked.
The atmosphere is always warm, family-friendly, and well-appointed.
The gelato is freshly churned...what can I say...divine.
We obviously return because we always return to places where we've had a good time.

A selection of traditional dishes from Parma, with some more elaborate options that change according to the season. The food is very good, but the limited choice and high prices are why I'm not giving it 5 stars.

We chose this venue for New Year's Eve dinner and it was truly a wonderful experience, exceeding our expectations. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with great courtesy: the staff was always kind, attentive, and very efficient, with precise and well-organized service. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, perfect for celebrating the occasion, and the dishes were all excellent, carefully prepared, and very tasty. The bill was higher than usual for New Year's Eve, but this was clearly communicated when booking, so it was absolutely fair. A truly positive experience, highly recommended!
