Sunday lunch with friends.
Family atmosphere and excellent food where the quality of the raw materials used is of a high level starting from the appetizers up to the simply amazing pumpkin and herb tortelli. The artisanal panettone is worth tasting accompanied by the delicious ice cream always produced by them.
Here you can enjoy the tradition of Parma which also winks at innovation.

This restaurant is always a certainty. The quality of the products is excellent. The service was perfect, even though it was full. Highly recommended! Reservation necessary.

There were 7 of us for dinner yesterday like in a home salon...fantastic service...we took the 35 euro menu which excludes drinks and dessert.The tortelli are sublime...the meat is amazing...the desserts are fantastic...we are were struck by the Gin-filled chocolates... please... how do you make them? My friends and I are going crazy trying to understand how to "build" these chocolates with the liquid inside

As always a confirmation! Excellent food, Davide and his staff don't miss a beat, my family and I have been going there for more than 20 years, last Saturday the last occasion was my mother's 70th birthday, the guests were all satisfied, we made a great impression. Thank you so much ❣️

Went on a recommendation from our hotel nearby.
For context, I had been at a cooking school where I ate a huge volume of food over several hours at lunch. So, we weren't looking for a large dinner meal.
Ordered the melanzana starter which was good.
Ordered the risotto which was ok, and the pappardelle with black truffles. My wife said that the truffles lacked any flavour (and yes, we are very familiar with truffles).
That would have been enough food, but I then ordered the potato sides to fill out the meal. The hovering chef laughed at me when I ordered it. Poor form. Instead, he could have guided me to a better choice or given a frame of reference for his scorn.
I had 250ml of the house wine which was superb (I was driving).
We paid the equivalent of $100 AUD. Fair value, but not good value.
I would not recommend this restaurant to my friends.

Da tempo volevamo provare questo piccolo ristorante immerso nella campagna alle porte di Parma: e', infatti, difficilissimo prenotare se non con un largo anticipo ( almeno un mese). Veranda estiva piacevole con una ventina di tavoli,non troppo vicini. Il servizio e' cordiale e preciso: in una sola parola, professionale. Deludente però la cucina: da un locale così rinomato ( e' presente nella Guida Michelin) mi aspettavo qualcosa di diverso dalla solita offerta di queste zone: l'amico chef Oldani poteva essere un po' più generoso nel condividere le sue invenzioni culinarie se la melanzana caramellata passa inosservata al palato; senza infamia e senza lode un risotto al pomodoro ( sarà anche il riccio di Parma ma sempre pomodoro e'...) e degli spaghetti alle vongole che, invece, hanno il dono di rendere il menu' un po' più estivo e far sognare ( ma solo sognare..) di essere seduti in riva al mare anziché immersi nell'afosa pianura padana. Alla fine, gli applausi vanno solo alla torta fritta e al salume, piatti evergreen a queste latitudini. Dolci non pervenuti: offerta limitata ed esageratamente cara: ancora la sbrisolona, con 30°, no grazie! Alla fine, forse, un po' poco per rimettersi in coda nelle prenotazioni e per sperare in un tavolo per una prossima occasione. Prezzi corretti.
