Excellent seafood restaurant in Trieste. It offers a good selection of traditional dishes using fresh local fish. The atmosphere is a bit vintage but comfortable. The service is good and friendly. The prices are a bit high, especially for the appetizers. The tagliolini with seafood were exceptional.

TOP! My husband and I came here for dinner for our anniversary. Everything was delicious, fresh ingredients, and fair prices. The waiters were friendly and courteous.

Family atmosphere and also very professional

In addition to the elegant setting and impeccable professionalism of the service, we enjoyed dishes of excellent quality: the freshest sea bream and sea bass, accompanied by crispy-on-the-outside, soft-on-the-inside baked potatoes, and their signature dish, changurro (shredded crab), with perfectly balanced flavors. The strudel was sublime, perfectly balanced: not overly spicy and served at the perfect temperature. Even a simple ingredient like zucchini was transformed into a true gastronomic delight, cooked with care and with extraordinary results. The tiramisu is distinguished by its lightness and delicate creaminess. Particularly noteworthy is the fact that the restaurant has retained its traditional décor, without succumbing to modern trends, thus enhancing the authentic atmosphere. The service is extraordinary from start to finish, the attention to dish presentation is evident, and the respect for natural ingredients is evident in every detail, without excessive sauces or artificiality. A refined culinary experience, where tradition, quality, and professionalism harmoniously blend. Furthermore, the owner is a great admirer of Spanish culture and gastronomy, and will easily guide you through the many nuances and varieties of fish, explaining them in Spanish with expertise and passion.

This restaurant was recommended to us, and I have to say that not only did we have a great time, but we also left feeling very satisfied. The fish was cooked to perfection, and the waiters were truly helpful and knowledgeable. The only small drawback was the long wait, but we weren't in a rush and enjoyed the evening. Congratulations!

Il menu contiene sorprese e piatti consueti, ma preparatevi a riscoprire ricette che pensate di conoscere. Qualunque cosa è buonissima, ma soprattutto è un posto dove si sta proprio bene, una cura per l’umore. E tutti contribuiscono a coccolarti. Grazie

Con un gruppo di amici abbiamo deciso di fare una esperienza culinaria in questo storico locale e mai esperienza fu più azzeccata. Locale molto bello, tavoli esterni accoglienti. Camerieri preparati w simpatici. Servizio veloce, ottimo cibo e non da meno il vino. Personalmente ho ordinato un piatto di crudo di pesce, una frittura di calamari e baccalà mantecato (che mi ha conquistato). Altri del gruppo hanno ordinato e apprezzato la loto tipica granseola. Abbiamo anche apprezzato il prosecco di benvenuto e gli amari gentilmente offerti. Eccellenza da valorizzare sempre più.
