In the historic heart of Pavia, a beautiful, traditional location with authentic food served beautifully.
Historical relics adorn the walls, while plants and greenery in the internal courtyard give way to the beautiful sensations of the food.
The authentic, flavorful dishes fill your plate: the staff moves among the tables serving cured meats and other specialties.
The red and white wine in a carafe is not bad (in fact, good!).
The traditional dessert is pleasant and flavorful.
The friendly staff has the almost grumpy demeanor of any other waiter in the area.

In Borgoticino, a traditional restaurant where you can sample Pavia specialties, including seasonal favorites (delicious morels, fried frogs, and stewed frogs). The menu offers a remarkable variety, but I recommend letting the helpful staff guide you in your choice. The wine list offers a wide selection. Prices are in line with the quality of the ingredients used in the kitchen, but service can be a little slow on busy days.

A trattoria in the center of Pavia where the food is truly excellent. The staff is friendly and helpful. The atmosphere is lovely and makes you feel immediately at home. The price is fair for what they serve (everything is excellent), and the dishes are beautifully presented. I recommend it to everyone...

At Antica Trattoria Ferrari, you'll eat a true Pavese risotto: amazing! The dishes are simple but delicious, just like in an old trattoria.
The service has always been attentive and thoughtful, with special attention to my four-legged friend.

Varcare la soglia da Ferrari è immergersi in un'atmosfera calda e autentica, dove la cucina locale è celebrata con passione. E si sente! Ogni piatto è un assaggio genuino del territorio, accompagnato da una cantina ricca e un servizio che ti fa sentire a casa. Un'esperienza culinaria che lascia il segno per la sua autenticità e calorosa ospitalità. Assolutamente consigliato!!

In occasione di una gita a Pavia con amici, abbiamo deciso di pranzare in questo ristorante. Location davvero molto carina, con tanto verde e oggetti antichi. Siamo rimasti soddisfatti dei piatti (soprattutto ottimi i risotti!) e un gran vino, il Buttafuoco storico!
