Sunday with the family. The room temperature was too low, even for a Sunday lunch; not what you'd expect after waiting for the 12:30 pm opening time with the door strictly closed. The food was decent: the flavors lacked balance in saltiness and serving temperature. Suitable for inexperienced tourists.

Rustic-elegant. Clean, bathrooms in excellent condition. Excellent, non-invasive service; many traditional dishes, excellent black truffles.
Various menu for both lunch and dinner.
In Borgo Ticino, bus stop for the center, castle, station, and parking lots are right in front of the restaurant!! Excellent prices (around 30 rather than 40), especially considering the quality of the ingredients. Wines by the glass are well-priced, but the quantity is a bit limited compared to many restaurants.

Excellent place! Spectacular food! Typical, delicious! We had a mixed appetizer to share and the beef medallion with Taleggio cheese and Oltrepò truffles. It was an exquisite, well-balanced dish, with an intense flavor but not too heavy, just the right amount. We had dinner as two adults with a 3-year-old who devoured his dish. They were very kind in offering a simple yet tasty alternative for the child. The staff was attentive, kind, and fast. The place is very nice, welcoming, with an informal atmosphere but with attention to detail. Highly recommended!

Beautiful Trattoria in Pavia serving delicious local cuisine. Big portions, top quality, very reasonable prices in a lovely dining room with excellent friendly service, stand outs, their hot and cold antipasto, pasta dishes all homemade and I had the most delicious two fried eggs topped with grated black truffle served with sauté Porcini mushrooms and a side of grilled Polenta! A must try if you are visiting beautiful Pavia, highly recommend.

Sono cliente da anni, mi sono sempre trovato bene...peccato la caduta di stile di oggi...buoni gli antipasti poi sono arrivate due costolette in crosta inpresentabili, non sarebbero neanche dovute uscire dalla cucina conoscendo il livello del locale...stracotte con una carne durissima, ne abbiamo mangiate tre pezzi e mandate indietro. Nessun problema, si può sbagliare, sostituite con una guancia molto buona...e poi me le fa pagare sul conto?!?! Non ci siamo☹️
