As a Nobel Prize winner.... I just left and I enjoyed the nettle tortellone with goat toma from the Foss mountain hut and grated real truffle... It is a triumph of expertly balanced tastes and flavours... Nobel Peace Prize winners as long as a dish like this puts you at peace with the world... and these days.... Not least the goat Bresciana style with polenta... it would be amazing... but it wasn't polite to do it in the quite crowded place... impeccable service with wonderful advice for pairing wine and dessert... Spectacular...to take up residence.

Our favorite place We have dined several times in this wonderful place in the center of Salò. Our favorite dish? Certainly the sweetbreads, so tender that they melt in the mouth, also noteworthy for the vitello with tuna sauce, which winks at tradition with fried capers and a delicate sauce. The former are phenomenal as are the latter. The desserts will surprise you, presented on a trolley displaying a mouth-watering wheel of gorgonzola, what better way to end the meal? The desserts are all homemade, we never miss the tarta tatin, cooked on the spot and served with a scoop of ice cream... a real delight. Note of merit also for the beverage, wide selection of local wines and surprise of surprises also a non-alcoholic selection In short, you can't feel bad in this place, the staff is friendly and very knowledgeable, the cuisine is excellent If you are in Salò and want to eat really well, we highly recommend this restaurant Good vibes The puppets
