Delicious food, good service, nice place.

The place is really nice...we had GREAT food, with battuta and then pici with old-fashioned sauce, if I remember correctly that was the name. The staff was excellent, the waiter taking orders was really good, "a raise is recommended."

My partner, my dog, and I happened upon this osteria for dinner. Words can't describe the experience; you have to try it! The welcome, the food, the staff... a combination that creates a beautiful, family-like atmosphere! The food is excellent, and our dog received a rare and unforgettable welcome! I recommend it, especially with your four-legged friends. Thank you so much.

The restaurant is very charming, located inside an old necropolis. The staff is kind and helpful, especially the owner and her daughter, whom we met at the counter. They were friendly and kind, and offered us a limoncello and a vin santo. The food is good, but it's likely a place that was truly top-notch a few years ago. Everything is good, but nothing exceptional. Prices are moderately high for the quality and quantity. The service is courteous and attentive. We were assigned a table in the last room on the lower floor, inside a small recess, charming and romantic. The restaurant is very warm, especially if you go downstairs. The black truffle risotto was good, as were the pici. The appetizer, shared between two, was a bit small in quantity. For a Tuscan appetizer, a black truffle risotto, pici, and two glasses of wine, €110. You'll find the same menu with truffles, but at different prices. The one with the lowest prices refers to black truffle, while the highest prices refer to dishes but with white truffle.

Highly recommended. The staff welcomes and pampers you from the moment you arrive until you leave. Traditional dishes are presented in a modern way while maintaining the flavors of yesteryear. 🔝

Wonderful restaurant with great food, delicious wines and excellent service.

We visited this restaurant on New Year's Eve with friends and it was a truly enjoyable experience in every way. The food was excellent, with attention to detail and meticulously prepared: each dish was balanced, tasty, and beautifully presented. Compliments to Chef Daniele, whose cuisine made our dinner special. The wine pairings, chosen by them and included in the menu, were also greatly appreciated. They were perfect and perfectly complemented each course. To top it all off, the friendliness and warmth of the owner and the chef, whom we had the pleasure of meeting, were both helpful and truly made us feel at home. We will return as soon as possible.

A simply beautiful location: one of the few restaurants in Siena where you can dine immersed in the fascinating Etruscan tuff caves, a unique and truly romantic setting, with meticulous attention to detail. The food is exquisite, dishes prepared with great care and excellent flavors. A special experience, absolutely recommended!
