A very elegant restaurant at first glance, the type of dishes for the typically concave first courses already denote the arrival of small portions even if well plated!
The Pici with Tuscan ragù were excellent.
The sea bass ravioli, good but few. Sin.
Praise must certainly be given to the bread basket with slices of homemade bread, onion sandwiches and very thin and delicious slices of fried bread. I recommend it especially to those who love moderate meals.

We had a great 5-people family dinner on Dec 24.
Great food, quality, ambiance, all was positive.
We are picky when it comes to the quality of service: 2 of us had their meat too cooked. We felt we were not going to eat our main course at the same time, but they managed their error pretty quickly, better than what we expected, so very positive.
Food quality is there. They are able to handle minor changes (like having fresh fruits for dessert instead of very rich options)
The location is different, the tables are well dressed.
So all good !

Definitely the best bisteca i had so far in my life.
An old eteotzkin building with an easiest tomb inside.
The magical atmosphere with exceptional service and food comes to a perfect evening at the hilly town of siena.
Definitely a night to remember

Every time a wonderful atmosphere and delicious dishes!
They manage to outdo each other every time and we always find such friendliness. the environment is unique, it feels like dining in an archaeological site. You can't come to Siena without trying this experience! We will return soon.

Walked in for early lunch, very unique dining experience in antiquity, touring the cava rooms is allowed. Had the flavorful risotto and a fish/bass (+\- first time I’ve had that filling) tortellini of course with wine. Excellent service, even as the dining area filled. Cellar stairs to see caves, accessible rest area.
