I'm a regular at Acqua Salata and have always appreciated the restaurant's attention to detail, its splendid location overlooking the sea, and its unique atmosphere, especially at sunset. Last night's dinner was enchanting: beautifully set tables, a meticulously maintained ambiance, and a view that alone makes the evening worthwhile. Unfortunately, compared to the past, I've noticed a decline in the overall quality of the service and experience. The service was rather slow and disorganized: we ordered four entrees, but they arrived at different times, forcing each of us to eat separately while the others waited. This type of management significantly detracts from the experience, especially at a restaurant of this caliber. The dishes were beautifully presented, as always, but I have the feeling that the quality has slipped slightly compared to the past, especially considering the prices—which have increased—and the portions, which are now smaller. I hope this is just a temporary moment and that Acqua Salata will soon return to the levels that made it one of my favorite restaurants in the area.

This enchanting place perfectly combines the beauty of a well-equipped beach resort with the excellence of a high-quality restaurant, making it the ideal destination for a day of relaxation and fine dining by the sea. The Atmosphere and Location As soon as we arrived, we were greeted by a serene and refined atmosphere. The beach is impeccably maintained, with well-spaced umbrellas and loungers ensuring privacy and comfort. The clean sand and crystal-clear water are remarkable, immediately inviting you to take a refreshing dip. The location directly on the sea offers breathtaking views, perfect for enjoying the sunset over an aperitif or dinner.

Top restaurant, great food, service and location. The bar is slow and a little disorganized....too bad because the location is very nice.

Wonderful restaurant by the sea. The quality of the food is excellent, the staff is very kind and helpful. We ate tagliolini with pesto and calamari breadcrumbs and seafood carbonara pasta (gluten free available). We had a second course of grilled octopus with hummus, very good. To finish, a deconstructed tiramisu (also available gluten free!), a very special idea. Beautiful location, full of details. Even if they are not a certified gluten free restaurant, they show a lot of attention to celiacs and also have gluten free bread. Before dinner we had an aperitif always at their place, in their place next door: Amazing cocktails! If we were to find ourselves here again, we will definitely stop by!

Excellent aperitif by the sea enjoying a beautiful June sunset. The fried food stand and the piadinas are delicious. Beautiful location, completely renovated, the beach side is also very well-kept.

Absolutely lovely spot with a sea view accompanied by fabulous food. Had a fresh catch of the day, mussels and salad. While the salad was ok the first two were amazingly tasty. Nice service.
