Beautiful location and impeccably prepared food. Both the squid as a starter and the au gratin to follow are delicious. My friends' dishes didn't look bad either. Definitely worth trying again to try some fish first courses :)

The place is very nice, but the value for money is not up to par. We had two appetizers (good), a first course and a second course. In the seafood carbonara there was an excessive amount of pepper which unfortunately covered every flavour. The staff is very kind.

Good food even if you expect something more and service always attentive to the requests of the tables, it's true that you eat under a canopy with all sides open and overlooking the sea but you have to hope that you don't have a 40 degree day and it doesn't throw a light wind, at the final bill which in my pocket is starting to be a medium-high restaurant level I would have preferred a bit of air conditioning, I will definitely try again in the evening the atmosphere and the air is more pleasant, parking on crowded days at the seaside a little difficult to find.

I had lunch at Acqua salata one day in August. The view over the sea and the environment with attention to the smallest details, elegant-minimal chic, made the experience even more evocative! I have never eaten such good shellfish pasta. I also tried the cream cannoli to fill at the moment, top! Impeccable service. I will definitely be back and recommend it!!

Very nice, welcoming. The only thing is that in the afternoon half of the pool is occupied by swimming lessons for children.

Excellent fish restaurant on the seafront north of Marina di Montemarciano. The atmosphere in the different rooms is beautiful and elegant. Excellent presentation of the dishes and raw materials. The reference level is undoubtedly medium-high. Friendly and helpful service. I like the idea of the kitchen in sight even if its position in the restaurant is such that it is not visible to most of the tables. Finally, good value for money. Recommended for events, business dinners and even couples.

Nice location, slightly long cooking times, competent service. Sore point: intestine left inside prawn and Adriatic fried food to forget. I don't like fried vegetables with fish/shellfish.
