Located in the picturesque Marina di Montemarciano, **Acqua Salata Beach & Restaurant** stands out for its beauty and its well-kept environment. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the sophisticated decor, which combines modern elegance with a coastal touch, creating an ideal space to enjoy a good meal overlooking the sea. The booking experience The first interaction with the restaurant was promising. During the telephone reservation we had specifically requested a table with a sea view, a request which was confirmed without problems. However, upon our arrival, we were greeted by a waiter – there was no receptionist present – ​​who, without checking the reservation, escorted us to a table at the opposite end of the room, away from the promised view. After pointing out our request, we were assigned a table with a slightly better view, but this small mix-up left an initial impression that was not entirely positive. The food As for the cuisine, it is clear that **Acqua Salata** pays particular attention to the flavors and quality of its dishes. Each course was delicious, although the portions could be more generous, especially considering the standard of the restaurant. However, one aspect that influenced the experience was the lack of coordination in the service: the dishes were served at different times, making it difficult to enjoy the meal in harmony. This detail, although small, influenced the fluidity of the evening. Final thoughts **Acqua Salata Beach & Restaurant** is a place with great potential, thanks to its privileged location, impeccable design and cuisine that certainly knows how to delight the palate. However, some aspects of the service, such as management of reservations and synchronization in serving dishes, need improvement to live up to the rest of the experience. We hope that these points will be improved in the future, because we will definitely be back to enjoy this beautiful venue again.

We returned to Andrea for Christmas lunch because we had a great time last year. This year too the food was excellent, as on other occasions, also suitable for vegetarians and children. Unfortunately, however, the welcome for the diners was terrible and all my guests (there were eleven of us) complained about it: we were packed in like sardines. The tables being too close together made it almost impossible to move unless everyone got up, the waiters were very kind and attentive, however they only managed to serve the first ones at the table, and therefore we had to pass the dishes to each other. In short, a welcome not up to par for a restaurant of that level.
