We ate divinely, spent a little too much but not excessively, exceptional raw appetizer, good wine, good service, nice and friendly staff (I recommend waiting for everyone to finish eating before taking away the diners' empty plates), however I highly recommend this restaurant

We discovered this little restaurant almost by chance and it was a pleasant surprise. They welcomed us with extreme kindness and were also very nice with our little dog. The restaurant was recently renovated with good taste and attention to detail. The fish starters are excellent and the spaghetti with squid ink is also delicious. Attentive and helpful staff. We will definitely be back!

When I have the opportunity to come to the Veneto, I don't fail to visit "Little Venice", which revolves around its Corso del Popolo. Yesterday my wife and I stopped to have lunch at the Antica Osteria al Cavallo, chosen a bit at random given the location away from the main street. Thanks to my wife's intuition we have probably found one of the best restaurants in Chioggia where, in my humble opinion, cleanliness, friendliness and quality of the raw materials as well as the high culinary art of the chef and last but not least the "important" portions are the winning weapon of this restaurant. Contrary to what I read in other reviews, the Mise en place was nice. We were both very satisfied and without any doubt on our next visit to the city we will be guests of this very pleasant place again. See you soon, Renato

Abbiamo preso un antipasto di cozze e vengole..che dire..mai mangiato uno così buono..come primo abbiamo preso spaghetti con tonno fresco, pomodorini e olive taggiasche..che dire..speciali è dir poco. Penso sia stata la prima volta che ho sentito davvero il sapore del pesce fresco. Se passiamo di nuovo qui..sicuramente ci torneremo.
