5 stars in all fields for this restaurant. Truly a gem. Excellent quality and executed dishes. The menu is varied and fun, despite being in line with Piedmontese tradition! It manages to perfectly blend innovation with tradition. Excellent service, attentive, kind and helpful. We also noticed a noteworthy high sensitivity that really surprised us. The environment is elegant but not "heavy", it feels really good. You can see the restaurateurs' commitment to ensuring ALL guests have a pleasant evening, guaranteeing intimacy and comfort! Dishes abundant at the right point and absolutely spectacular in taste and combinations. courteous and fast service. high price but more than fair for what you eat.

Location accogliente, ristorante pieno di gente del posto, pranzo eccellente! Vitel tonnè, agnolotti al ragù, un calice di barbera e uno zabaglione hanno deliziato il nostro palato… se ci fosse l’occasione sicuramente ritornerei

Locale piemontese nel Canavese, poco fuori Torino, che riporta alla tradizione con eleganza. Menu interessante, cucina piemontese semplice e ben fatta. Alcuni piatti a base di pesce, a mio parere meno nelle corde del locale. Abbiamo scelto: plin ripieno di cipolle caramellate con fonduta di parmigiano, non i classici plin piccolini, cipolle un po’ preponderanti (voto 7) vitello tonnato (voto xxx) spaghetto con pescatrice discreto (voto 6.5) tartare di tonno Piatto di bolliti misti buono, consiglio di aggiungere più salsa (voto 7) Zabaione con torcetti, ottimi entrambi (voto 8) Tiramisù, con un bellissimo colore giallo pieno Buona selezione di vini Servizio e cortesia voto 9 Rapporto qualità prezzo (voto 7) : non a buon mercato, ma giustificato da ambiente e materie prime.
