We went here on our last night in Lucca and it was fantastic. The dishes were well presented and were excellent in flavor. We were given a terrific wine recommendation and we sampled dishes from every course. We were very pleased with every dish. We highly recommend this jewel of a restaurant. Do not miss this place. You will not be disappointed!

Perfect ! Nothing to say, the service is perfect and the food is delicious. Small terrace between buildings, quiet, very romantic! Do not hesitate.

We would thoroughly recommend Antica Locanda Dell'Angelo. The host Vito was very welcoming and accommodating, making room for us on the outside terrace and ensuring we had a wonderful evening. The restaurant has great ambience, the food is excellent, the wine list extensive and the staff very attentive. I really enjoyed the Duck ravioli and veal cheek.

Das Lokal hat schöne Aussenplätze in einem ruhigen Innenhof. Professioneller und freundlicher Service. Die Speisen sehr delikat, geschmackvoll und kreativ serviert. Exzellente Weine.

A very nice place for lunch in the center of Lucca, with very good quality, but with a price a bit too high in my opinion. We had some very good tordelli and garmugia, but the puff pastry starter was not crispy and light, but rather heavy and soggy. The service lacked filming. If the weather is nice, take the opportunity to sit in the garden, very pleasant.

25/07/2024: De uitstraling en kaart doet hoge verwachtingen scheppen. Het eten een ruim voldoende, maar als buitenlander werden wij als enige aan de andere kant van het restaurant geplaatst, niets van persoonlijke benadering (waarschijnlijk omdat partner geen wijn drinkt), ook niet snel een alternatief noemen als gekozen gerecht alleen voor twee personen mogelijk is en er geen uien in het gerecht mogen (uiteindelijk vis met aardappel geaccepteerd). Ik had graag nog andere wijnen bij het gerecht gehad, maar niemand kwam vragen of we nog wat wilde drinken. Het nagerecht hebben we overgeslagen. Prijs - kwaliteit aan de hoge kant. We verblijven op het wijnresort, maar geen tweede keer voor ons. Na 45 minuten niemand aan onze tafel te hebben gezien, hebben we besloten op het balkon van de kamer wat te drinken.
