Food is delicious, Max the owner is a lovely person that you should meet. Starters red prawn carpaccio and beef carpaccio. Primo, truffle pasta and fusilloni with yellow tomatoes. Secondi: suckling pig and cod fish. All recommended highly. And the divine wine, Tenuta San Vincenti.

Soul Kitchen is a slightly peculiar name for this restaurant in that it doesn't serve up nonna's vintage (a)typical Reggae Ragu recipes, but rather a set of very good fine dining-esque dishes with modern twists to those roots. Well presented, well cooked and well balanced; the chef obviously knows what he is doing & with such great ingredients to hand, it made for a delicious dinner. Great bread too. Personally, I would tweak the panna cotta slightly by grating the coconut & adding a vibrant zesty drizzle, but other than that there is little to fault.

What can I say? I think the score speaks for itself. One of the best dinners I've ever had. The owner was kind and welcoming, as was the young woman in the dining room. The chef was young but very, very talented. Congratulations, you made us spend a wonderful evening. We'll definitely be back and I'll recommend it to friends who want to vacation in this beautiful village.

Fue maravilloso sentarse afuera y observar a la gente. Comida deliciosa, buena selección de vinos, buen ambiente, el servicio fue simplemente maravilloso: ¡gracias Carlo! Si vas en coche, hay un aparcamiento justo al lado del restaurante, tienes que tener cuidado de no pasar por una zona ZTL. Muy recomendable.
