Very welcoming place, friendly and helpful staff. The menu focuses on a few well-executed dishes. I return here every now and then, always with great pleasure.

I went there yesterday, May 1st, for the first time to celebrate my dad's birthday. Even though the place was packed, they were quick and everything was delicious. The staff is friendly and polite. They're all really nice and efficient. I must add that there's a girl with red hair, who is the one who brought us the cake with the candle they offered, which was delicious. I don't mean to take anything away from anyone, but I feel like saying it. And finally, I have the utmost respect for everyone who worked there while the place was full of people celebrating May 1st... Labor Day.

Warm, modern, pleasant atmosphere, attentive, fast, and friendly service, good quality for the price... A €20 fish menu, affordable for everyone, not so easy to find, very simple home cooking with adequate portions. We had both fish and meat menus, risottos cooked just right, abundant fish, pleasant flavor, good ciriole al pomodoro, pappardelle with clams not very flavorful, gnocchetti alla collescipolana tasty, abundant fried fish dry but slightly rubbery, swordfish in tomato sauce really good and with a great aroma, grilled tuna could be improved because it seemed boiled, monkfish really well flavored, good chips, broccoli too spicy and roast potatoes too soft, but overall a pleasant experience that can be repeated, good wine list and very fair prices.

A rock-bottom price for fabulous quality. My best friend and I had the set seafood menu. Everything was delicious, from the risotto to the swordfish, all accompanied by a good house wine. Cover charge is included in the set menu. The speed of the waiters and the kitchen was astonishing, given that most of the orders were fish-based.

27/07/2026: We stumbled upon it by chance and ate really well. Excellent quality meat, cooked perfectly, just as requested. Finally, a beautifully sautéed chicory, hot and flavorful. The desserts were also delicious. A great lunch.

Annalisa, the owner, is truly hospitable and very kind. The entire staff deserves applause. Well done everyone. Excellent cuisine. For us, it's unsurpassed.

01/08/2026: Vinosus is a special restaurant, with a private and quiet terrace offering a wonderful view of the Duomo, perfect for a relaxing dinner. We were welcomed by Mattia, an impeccable host: attentive without ever being intrusive, knowledgeable, and deeply passionate about his work. We trusted his advice implicitly and couldn't have made a better choice. In the kitchen, the incomparable Nonna made every dish a masterpiece. We started with an excellent selection of cured meats and cheeses, enhanced by a true gem: bruschetta with chicken livers, with an authentic and unforgettable flavor. For our first courses, we tried gnocchi with Scottona white ragù and tagliolini with zucchini scapece, zucchini flowers, and pink shrimp: two extraordinary dishes, balanced and rich in flavor. To conclude, two exceptional desserts: a traditional tiramisu and a chocolate mousse with the addition of excellent local black cherries, accompanied by a cherry liqueur prepared by Mattia himself—aromatic, delicate, and delicious. The result? A perfect dinner, where quality ingredients, attention to detail, hospitality, and passion blend into an experience that will stay with you forever. The prices are more than fair for what's on offer. A place to return to time and time again every time you pass through Orvieto. Highly recommended. See you soon! Simona and Joey
