Ambrosia In Roma

Can't be thankful enough that they squeezed us in despite not having a reservation. Wonderful vibes, delicious food, and an extravagant drink. Special shout-out to our bartender, Rafael. He made me a wonderful Scotch cocktail that paired exquisitely with my meal, can't thank him enough!

The bartender gave us excellent service, and his presentation on the drinks was superb, worth 5/5 alone. Try the Hermes for a surprise - and a wonderful one! As for the food, you will find it to be excellent as well. Try coming here before the opera for a great evening!

The Ambrosia restaurant was absolutely fantastic. Everything from the view, the cocktails, the food, and the service! This very well may have been the most incredible meal we had in Rome. The chef puts a very unique twist of local flavors near and far which truly elevated the meal and exceeded our expectations. The wait staff was attentive and pleasant and they even brought out some complimentary appetizers for my wife and I to try (unfortunately I didn’t get a picture of them but man was it delicious). When trying to compare the quality and experience we had at the Ambrosia restaurant, it’s right up there with the Michelin grade restaurants we have dined at in the past. Big praise from us and well deserved. If you are in Rome, you have got to check this restaurant out.

My partner and i popped in for a cocktail or two on a Tuesday evening in January 2025. Lovely area with greta views and more importantly blinding cocktails! It was every quiet and we had the bar to ourselves for a coupe of hours, but we still enjoyed ourselves and will go back on our next visit to Rome.

Wonderful rooftop bar and m restaurant at our hotel. The team of Eugenio, Ledion and Maurizio looked after us well! We had an amazing dinner here, drinks in the evening and lunch in the terrace on our last day! Wonderful…we will be back for a third stay.
