I thought it was very over priced, and the food was mediocre. The rooftop view was nice, but overall the experience was average at best.

Great experience. Be prepared to spend some money.

Upon arriving at the hotel, the reception desk tells you to take the elevator at the back to access the restaurant. It's up to you to find this elevator... Indeed, a minimum of signage wouldn't hurt. Once you reach the rooftop, the view is nothing exceptional. We were there at dusk, and only a nearby building caught your eye. Regarding the food, the dishes were well cooked and well presented, but the chefs' efforts were ruined by disastrous service. The waitress left our dish for other people at the wrong table, then after 2 minutes took it back and served it to us... a lack of professionalism. The neighboring tables were cleared only after 45 minutes, leaving the dirty plates behind. Then, when the second course arrived, they even asked me how it was cooked, so I don't think I misspoke. In short, at nearly €100 per person, we were disappointed. There's clearly a lot of work to be done on the service.

The Ambrosia was one of the most beautiful rooftop bar restaurants that we have experienced so far in Rome! The atmosphere is fabulous, the staff is lovely, the music is relaxing yet extremely enjoyable and Mauris is an absolute phenomenal individual!

We went twice and we had great food and drinks at the bar restaurant. My girl had the Porn Star Martini and I had the Diosorio. We ate the salmon and I had the cod and both were great. The staff were really great and the bar was really fantastic. We will come back when we return to Rome. We didn’t eat anything the second time because it was early afternoon and we were going out later to eat.

Debo recordar la definición de Buena Comida. Es un alimento de gran sabor en porciones muy pequeñas. Mi esposa y yo tuvimos que ir a McDonalds después de esto. El servicio fue de primera clase.
