Wonderful place! Excellent welcome, very attentive instructors explaining how to handle the raft, well-maintained equipment, and they know how to entertain even the little ones! There's a great relaxation area where you can unwind after a nice ride on the river. We'll definitely be back! Special thanks to Cesare and Pietro, our instructors, who kept my son entertained and had him laughing out loud! THANK YOU GUYS!!!

I was here with my two sons, aged 13 and 16. You have to be 16+ for the real route, so we opted for the family run. This was also great fun. The base at Rafting Republic is very atmospheric, and you can practice well on the small lake. The guides are helpful and really cool. If you don't have much rafting experience, this is a lot of fun to do. It was the first time for my boys, and they were very enthusiastic.

A wonderful experience, worth repeating. The instructors were incredibly knowledgeable. Elia is an experienced and multilingual pilot. Our 10- and 13-year-old children had a blast on the 3.5 km course.

We are a family with four children aged 15 to 5, and we wanted to involve them all in this wonderful experience. From the initial phone call for information to the end of our exciting activity on the Dora Baltea River, we encountered professionalism, joy, and so much passion from all the children! The entire activity (the family rafting descent) lasted 3 hours...from the theoretical explanation, to the water trials, and the actual activity with transfer in a 9-seater car!! As always, a unique experience! The location, the entire venue, is truly a well-kept little paradise with the lawn, the plants, the bathrooms in excellent condition, and the showers at the end so you can even wash up with soap in the open air! We'll be back!!!

We didn't go rafting. But we saw participants receiving instructions. That looked good. On a large pond. Before they went into the river. We were able to let our dog swim in it a few times. It was very hot. And the river was inaccessible and flowing too fast for a dog. And we just sat comfortably on the terrace with a nice refreshing drink. Great atmosphere.

We took the longer route as a group and it was a truly fantastic experience. The staff was extremely kind, helpful, and professional, always making us feel at ease. The activity fully lived up to expectations: fun and well-organized. The refreshment and picnic area was also very convenient, perfect for relaxing before or after the experience. Everything was perfect, highly recommended!

The sensations and emotions your dishes unleash in our senses have only grown, and we can only be grateful for the pleasant moments we've spent with you. Could it be the arrival of the new little sous chef who has further refined the cuisine?
09/08/2026: A real surprise for the area! Impeccable customer service, textbook, from the first to the last minute. The cuisine offers exceptional flavor combinations that make lunch a truly delicious experience. Two dishes deserve special mention: venison roast beef with mustard vinaigrette, blueberry sauce, and parmesan shavings, and bruschetta with sourdough starter, rustic flour, colorful cherry tomatoes, stracciatella, candied lemon, and Cantabrian anchovies; a MEMORABIE flavor. It truly stirred something in my memory. The moka tiramisu was spectacular, steaming hot! The attention to detail and customer service demonstrated by the staff are a rare asset these days. Finally, a restaurant where you can experience the true art of hospitality: a dining room team that demonstrates what it means to do this job with heart and professionalism. A restaurant definitely recommended.

19/04/2026: Fabulous and refined venue, with meticulous attention to detail in the cuisine, excellent service, and a fabulous welcome. Each dish chosen is a blend of good cuisine and a culinary experience, meticulously prepared down to the last detail, and a super-fair price.
18/04/2026: The restaurant is meticulously maintained, right from the outside. You have to go inside to truly understand it. Even the menu tells a story. The staff is incredibly kind and passionate. If you ask for advice, they'll provide information beyond your expectations. You'll feel welcomed and pampered. The dishes are delicious and the portions are generous. The sheep's blue cheese fondue is truly phenomenal, accompanied not only by crostini but also by cured meats, potatoes, and vegetables. The cream of potatoes, porcini mushrooms, and lard is delicate and flavorful. I didn't have room for anything else, but I had to try the cheese gelato, excellent, paired with a nice passito. The price is very fair considering the portions, quality, location, and attention to detail. I'll definitely be back if I'm in the area and want to be pampered. Thank you for a wonderful evening.
